I have not had a problem with.daniel tabner he has assured us that we will complete so I'm not worried I'm sure we will as soon as the outage issue is sorted Claire unsworth

Same experience website not responding for 2 days. Getting close to sourcing another lawyer!

PPL say their computers and phones have been down all day yesterday and today. Our buyers 'buyers' are using PPL and we've all been ready to exchange for well over a week. I can't help thinking there is more to their current outage problems than just a 'cyber attack', very worrying

A very simple chain free purchase of a mortgage-free empty property took ten months, because Premier Property Lawyers simply vanished. They never reply to emails or do anything. They just take your money and run!

Do not use this company! i have experienced many of the same complaints as other reviews. My house has taken 20 months to complete so far and with a completion date set for few days time we are still having issues with things that should have bee done at the start. I wish I could give less than one star.

I have to say that I have dealt with many, many solicitors over the years when buying and selling houses and this company is far and away the worst. Also known as premier Property Lawyers so look out for them as well, there is nothing premier about them. They have a very slap dash approach to their role and don't seem to take it seriously at all or care. They made many last minute requests from me in the days up to completion which almost scuppered our plans, mostly for information they already had and had not checked or not checking the information they were give. Strike Estate agents are excellent but DO NOT use this firm for conveyancing.

This conveyancing company are simply " incompetent " Everything left to the last minute ! Delayed completion 3 times because of poor time management. Verandra Parmar was dealing with the purchase, even though everything was set to complete, he still didn't request mortgage funds inspite of completion date being agree'd with 3 other solicitors. Get a grip of your staff Premier before someone sues you for breach of contract and losses.

2 weeks after instruction emailed to say they couldn't deal with purchase. No onward referral, no explanation as to why. Wouldn't respond to calls or emails. I engaged another conveyancer but they continued to send paperwork and conduct searches on a property they had told me they couldn't act for. Told my vendor I was pulling out of purchase causing mayhem even though they knew I'd engaged another conveyancer. Tried to get my Trustpilot review removed. Hence on they maintain a high score that they don't deserve. Disgraceful.

If you want to collapsing your chain and losing your property, then this is the company for your conveyancing! They are the worst conveyances in history. Honestly do not know how they a still in business. Extremley communication, misplacing documents and re-sending same documents already signed. For the same money or even a little mor get yourself a local solicitor who you know will be the same person each time you need contact. This is not the happening with PPL. We are now into the final day before compliance agreed date. They still haven’t addressed the released monies for the exchange. All 6 in our chain have paid for removal firms (as this is the only way now to get removals guaranteed for a given date) and now face the prospects of an exchange and completion on the same day, meaning one or more of the chain will not be able to get out of emir house by a midday deadline. We are from delay experience with this co., expecting for the chain to collapse due to a last minute delay. The waiting each day for this co. to progress a normal conveyance is excruciating and soul destroying! You’ve been warned, do not use them!

Another very stressed out seller here. I'm not saying much else here because I intend to take things further. Suffice to say I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Like all other reviews here, I have had dreadful experience with these cowboys. I am a cash buyer and neither I nor the seller are in a chain yet it has taken 6 months and counting. Avoid these people at all costs. It is a scandal that purple bricks are recommending them!!

Like everyone else leaving a one star review, even this is undeserved. PPL should be renamed *Nightmare Property Lawyers*. They turned a sale that could have concluded in max 8 weeks into a four month transaction. As I write we are still waiting to exchange and complete. Their 'unreasonable' delays, lack of action and understanding of the most basic conveyancing processes has so far cost around £5000 losses (and increasing...) to both the buyer and seller. Very awful practice. The regulator should do something!!!

Why is there not a 0 star option?! The WORST bunch of cowboys ever. DO NOT USE. What should have been an easy quick sale, with no chain took over 5 months!! For two months of that PPL did not communicate with our solicitor to answer enquiries. Both the sellers, our solicitor and us, the buyers were at our wits' end with these fools. The sellers tried to contact PPL numerous times, made 100s of calls, sent emails, left messages and nothing. Every phone call and email from our solicitor was ignored. Reeds Rains who recommended these chancers were no help whatsoever in pushing the sale through. PPL should not be allowed to practice, the stress they caused both us and the sellers was just awful. There is not one ounce of professionalism or pride from these lot. They have absolutely no problem in lying to their clients and cannot be trusted. We agreed a completion date which was acknowledged by our solicitor but nothing from PPL. The completion date came and went, the sellers moved out and we were left in limbo for over another month. Even when we eventually got to the exchange point the PPL representative didn't seem to understand the basic principle of exchange so we had to start again the next day. I cannot believe that anyone, I am looking at you Reeds Rains, would recommend them. I beg you do not use this company, especially if you do not want to age 10 years!!

1 star is more than I'd like to give. Please please avoid this muppet show, they have caused us huge amounts of stress and financial losses through incompetence. They've lied to us on multiple occasions, they've let us down time and time and they genuinely couldn't care less. If there's one thing you do right on a house sale or purchase it would staying far away from these clowns. 9 months in we've now lost our dream house and will have to move into rented if we don't want to lose our buyers too.

They only get one star as otherwise I cannot write a review. This was the worst selling experience we have had in the last 40 years. they were disorganised and did not return calls. I wonder about their competence as they could not even look up an international dialling code! Go somewhere else it will be a much easier experience and will be more efficient. Or better yet do your own conveyancing it couldn’t be any worse.

Service is absolutely appalling! It's extremely difficult to get hold of the team/conveyancer in charge of your case despite sending emails and leaving messages by phone. When they do respond, it's a 'we are very busy' response. I am paying for this service and do not expect to still be waiting 8 months down the line for the sale of my house to be completed when it should be very straightforward. When speaking to the conveyancer, he has no clue about my case, I end up having to tell him what stage we are at. Purple bricks need to stop recommending this company as they are diabolical! If 0 stars were an option, that is what I would leave. DO NOT USE!

Stay well clear… repeated requests for the same queries. NEVER get to speak to someone who can actually speak about your case. No call backs or emails despite multiple requests. Logging call backs on eway when no calls were actually made. If you want delays and a horrible service this is your dream company.
