“The Lakeside table and 6 chairs was easy to assemble and top quality. My only issue is with the squirrels who are chewing and have left bite marks on some of the pieces. We're addressing the squirrel situation.”

“I was definitely disappointing when it came I was certain I spoke to the person that I wanted a certain size table and they swore yes needless to say when I got it and put it together, it was the smaller table and the box that the chairs came in with a different name than the table that was one of them they swore it was the same. I’m still annoyed because I wanted the bigger table the table I got it would be perfect for like three chairs. Table. And it’s not cheap so with that said, I wouldn’t recommend them or buy again.”

“I have been very pleased with the many pieces of Premium Poly Patios furniture that I have. The packing is very impressive because of the measures they do to prevent shipping damage. All of the stainless hardware is there and securely attached. The wait times have not been excessive on the pieces I have gotten. So I highly recommend this company.”

“Worst experience ever! Order a chair for a Christmas gift. Even though it shipped out in early December, It did not arrive until January. Then it was the wrong chair. I had taken a picture of the webpage when I ordered, went back to the webpage to see if I had ordered the wrong chair. Same picture as what I ordered. I then found out you had the wrong picture with the description (and evidently it was that way for at least 7 weeks).”

“I would not order from them again. It was weeks before I found out it wasn't going to be shipped on time. And they didn't contact me. I had to contact them for a status check. Then, when I had to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive in time, the employee was extremely rude to me and told me she wasn't sure they could do that. When I pointed out that she had to refund in accordance with FTC laws about internet orders, she got even more angry and rude and, rather than be helpful, hung up on me.”

Due to our holiday schedule, our warehouse was closed from December 18, 2024, through January 2, 2025, and production had not completed your order by the time of closure. When you contacted our team on December 31 regarding a slight shipping delay, our representative attempted to help. Unfortunately, the conversation became challenging when the tone escalated with strong language and berated statements, leading to the call being disconnected. We do understand your frustrations. Later that day, our accounting team began processing your refund. Due to an open dispute, there was a delay in processing; however, your refund was completed in full on January 10 (Transaction ID: 1NM19992XL812xxxx).
