Worst experience ever! Order a chair for a Christmas gift. Even though it shipped out in early December, It did not arrive until January. Then it was the wrong chair. I had taken a picture of the webpage when I ordered, went back to the webpage to see if I had ordered the wrong chair. Same picture as what I ordered. I then found out you had the wrong picture with the description (and evidently it was that way for at least 7 weeks).

I would not order from them again. It was weeks before I found out it wasn't going to be shipped on time. And they didn't contact me. I had to contact them for a status check. Then, when I had to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive in time, the employee was extremely rude to me and told me she wasn't sure they could do that. When I pointed out that she had to refund in accordance with FTC laws about internet orders, she got even more angry and rude and, rather than be helpful, hung up on me.

Due to our holiday schedule, our warehouse was closed from December 18, 2024, through January 2, 2025, and production had not completed your order by the time of closure. When you contacted our team on December 31 regarding a slight shipping delay, our representative attempted to help. Unfortunately, the conversation became challenging when the tone escalated with strong language and berated statements, leading to the call being disconnected. We do understand your frustrations. Later that day, our accounting team began processing your refund. Due to an open dispute, there was a delay in processing; however, your refund was completed in full on January 10 (Transaction ID: 1NM19992XL812xxxx). At Premium Poly Patios, our goal is always to provide exceptional service and to resolve any issues as promptly and courteously as possible. Horrible service never answer their phone order delayed. At least three times would never use them again.
