I was definitely disappointing when it came I was certain I spoke to the person that I wanted a certain size table and they swore yes needless to say when I got it and put it together, it was the smaller table and the box that the chairs came in with a different name than the table that was one of them they swore it was the same. I’m still annoyed because I wanted the bigger table the table I got it would be perfect for like three chairs. Table. And it’s not cheap so with that said, I wouldn’t recommend them or buy again.

No issue with the purchase process but the packaging and delivery were a mess. I beleie I was shipped a swing that had been returned by another custoemr even thgough i was told upon purchase that my swing was being "manufactured" within a week or so of my purchase. Delivery actually occured sooner than anticipated probably because this unit was readily available.

Hi John, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to assure you that we never sell or ship used items—even returned merchandise is not resold. We take great care in packing our furniture using heavy corrugated boxes to protect it during transit, but unfortunately, some freight companies can be a bit rough on shipments, especially when shipping as a Class 125 item. I've saved the images of the damaged box and will be discussing this issue with our freight representative to prevent future occurrences.
