“The Premium Book Publishers intuitively grasped my story. It came out with a chef book that held within its stories all my achievements in culinary, the trials and tribulations one went through on the path to success. Their words, with descriptive writing, make readers feel the stove heat, the rush when creating new dishes, and the pressure to run a kitchen. It was reliving the journey through their words.”
“4 project managers over a 10-month program and had to send the book back at least 8 times for corrections in spite of the book being proofread and an entire chapter was left out.
Project manager sold me 50 books at a discount rate and never did send the books to me. A manager reported the books had been sent to Amazon in spite of emails and my receipt that the books were to be sent to me. Whatever you do as a new writer do not do business with Ryan Alonso, Bracken, Sophia or Benson, they will lie and try to milk you of every penny and then don't do as promised in their conversation. Sophia had apologized for the other managers' indiscretions and offered to prepare my next novel for free, but at this point, I would not trust anyone from this company. Best advice is to publish with a publishing company that doesn't rely on fraud to gain your business.
I would suggest filing a fraud complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office as a Fraud complaint as I have located other complaints regarding the same business.
Premier Publishing company in Sugarland Texas is not connected to the Better Business Bureau, I suspect because of so many unhappy customers that feel cheated.”
“They most be paying for these positive reviews horrible experience dealing with this company. Never received website, 100 copies, no response after months of asking no response no just scammed out thousands”
“My first time inquiring about publishing and the phone was rude and came off as argumentative in addition, I won't be publishing or care not to work these people”
