“I have not received The Grand Tour Socks I ordered on 11-30-2022. Status on Royal Mail on 12-1-2022 says " The sender has let us know this item will be with us soon. The sender has advised us they're preparing your item. More information will be available when we receive it. Tracking History: Thursday 01 December 2022 17:14 Sender preparing item. The delay maybe from the CWU members are taking national strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December 2022. We’re sorry for the disruption this is likely to cause you. We are doing what we can to keep services running. More information here.”

“Unfortunately, first the order got "lost in the system" for over two weeks. Then when it did eventually turn up, Prendas had actually sent me a short-sleeved base layer (I'd ordered a long-sleeved one).”

“I love the service received. Great products on line and great prices 👍🏻. Only problem I found was with the delivery service. Royal ‘fail’ (sorry, mail). No communication from them at all. Their tracking page is useless. It took over a week to arrive.”
