“When things go wrong it tests a companies resolve. I was sent the wrong shirt. I contacted them , they responded quickly and sorted the problem out and I am now the proud owner of a fabulous Tom Simpson GB shirt.”

“Ordered a couple of caps to replace a few that were past their best. Placed order and within 3 or 4 days they were on my doorstep. I have a reasonably large head but sizing was great, quality of the caps was excellent. Have used prendas in the past and will definitely use again.”

“One of the items in my order (bib shorts) wasn't available due to a stock error. I was contacted quickly and was given alternative (more expensive) options at no extra cost to me. The replacements were shipped to me very quickly. The bib shorts and the jersey which I bought were both of very good quality. I recommend Prendas Ciclismo very highly.”

“Overall very good. The only hiccup I was a slight lack of communication. I rang them about my order to see how it was progressing and it turned out they were stock taking at the time so my order was slightly delayed. It turned up two days later with good tracking and information provided regarding dispatch.”

“Great service and well priced jerseys. My email query about sizing was answered the same day and made purchasing so much easier. The quality of the jerseys seem comparable to other well know brands (but at a much lower price) so much so I have made another more recent purchase and will again once they restock in my size. Very happy with the service and quality of their merchandise.”
