“I recently bought a 25$ paypal giftcard and didn't receive it. I emailed them multiple times and no answer even after 4 days. Hope you'll see this message and will refund my money or give my giftcard.”

“SCAM ALERT! THEY HAVE BOTTED REVIEWS!! I BOUGHT A PAYSAFECARD THEY DID NOT GIVE ME THE CODE SINCE A WEEK. DO NOT BUY!!”

“My friend and I was dealing with an emergency and we tried using Prepaidify to send $100 The 3 confirmation email were sent to us... but the last email had very interesting wording, "Your order #xxxxx has been updated to the following status: Partially_Paid The comments for your order are: Your payment was partially paid. Amount paid: 100.489706 Best regards, Prepaidify team" This was for a $100 test transfer, that never arrived... I tried contacting their support phone number, which are always busy, disconnected, or unavailable... I tried messaging and email, with no response. If this was an actual emergency, the company has 2 different addresses; one in Corning New York and 1 in Bryant Pond, Maine.... It appears one of the principle investors passed in 2020 I cannot approve this poorly managed company whose sole business is to collect your crypto currency....and not fulfill their agreement. Sincerely, Daniel Slack”

“Made two purchase for visa gift card, and after 5 days, I have still not received my order. Customer service is horrible. They don't respond even when they are live online. Send your funds to them at tour own risk!”

“I created order #166680. As part of the order - a prepaid card (electronic delivery). The order creation date is 08/07/2022. The order has been paid. So far the order has not been delivered. Support is not responding.”
