“Avoid! Items not as described, images used on the website aren't what you receive. Descriptions false. Don't respond to emails regarding issue.. will never use again, be warned! (had to give one star as it wouldn't let me leave none)”

Hi Tom, Thanks for your review. Its an odd one. It seems you have quite a lot of acquisitions but when I look at your order and search your email address you haven't ever emailed us or through the contact form on our website. So you've never ever raised an issue with us at all but then have left this review. If this is genuine and you do have an issue with your order please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

“Items I bought were good value and decent quality, overall pleased with the products I purchased. Perhaps it has been a busy month for them but communication wasn't great. The £20 mystery box I purchased was advertised as £30 rrp of mystery knives, I got a knife that they sell for £21.95.”

“The shop itself is very good and great prices. The let down was the shipping company they use as I have still not received my parcel after waiting in 3 days for it! I have ordered before so I know the product will be good when it does finally arrive. If it arrived on time would have been 5 stars.”

“Good masks, however they are incorrect when they sold them as accepting 40mm NATO filters, they take GOST threaded filters. Luckily I found a 3D printed adapter.”

“Would have given 5 stars but received parts missing from Polish MP5 gasmask this week and they never got back to me about sorting it out. Products are usually well described but please give information on gasmask sizes, had to research this myself as my 2 masks were different sizes.”

Matthew purchased a box of 20 day ration packs. These are very very clearly described as 12 hour day ration packs. Its worth noting that we even include an exact break down of the full contents on the entire ration pack down to every single component included. Matthew received his order and accused us of misleading him because he though he was ordering 24hr ration packs but received 12hour packs. Several emails back and forth explaining the very clear products title and description including the full contents of the packages and matthew is still adamant that because he did not bother to read the contents list it is our fault. Nevertheless we offer matthew three time a full refund if he would rather return the items but he refused everytime.
