“Service is good with fast delivery. Replying to emails could be improved but my enquires about a missing order were dealt with swiftly once we spoke. I have 3 main retailers that I buy from, Preppers is one of those.”

“Preppers shop has a great selection of products at reasonable prices with discounts , very pleased that age verification is required before despatching orders 👍🏻 the only thing that could change is the express ups delivery turns out to be standard, my orders all arrived by standard ups , ups give the day with no ETA .. preppers shop UK get a double thumbs up from me 👍🏻👍🏻”

Hi Jack, That sounds odd, everything is sent with a UPS next day delivery so every customer receives an email from UPS with the tracking details, and its off course fully tracked so cant go missing. Do you have your order number so I can have a look?

“I ordered 4 axes in August 2019, it’s is now early October and i haven’t received anything. I can’t contact the company, I have had no answers to my many emails. I have asked for a refund but no reply. Avoid this company they are thieves and I have reported them to trading standards. If I could give them zero stars I would.”

We had a complete nightmare dealing with Adrian hodge. He ordered 4 axes and sent an email saying he needed them for the weekend for a course he was running. The problem is the website clearly showed only 2 in stock and 2 on back order. It was clear from Adrians email that he had clearly misread the huge writing explaining only 2 available and was expecting 4. Despite several email he ignored us for weeks until he finally responded with abusive message and completely ignoring message we had sent him.
