“Ignore poor reviews I have made two orders from the Company and have received the items speedily. They are proactive replying to queries and also send emails when your items have been despatched. If you are unsure about anything you can check the status of your order on the website.”

“Been waiting 9 days for my item. Iv emailed twice asking for a tracking number iv also made countless phone calls to the 3 separate numbers I could find all of them just rang out. I'm now about to get on to PayPal to try get my money back. Just wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Iv actually got a freind who lives in Newquay and have asked to see if he can pick the item up for me and post it himself but no response.”

Hi Ste, This has been discussed at length with you. Your ordered was eventually returned to us, because you provided us an incorrect address and the wrong house number meaning it went to an address that wasnt yours. Not once did you ever ask us if someone could collect from our store. You was refunded in full

“Warning! do not use this company! Bought £281.85 worth of products on 2nd January 2019, it's now 7th August 2019. After sending 6 e-mails over this time period for updates and having received only 2 responses the only information I have is that it hasn't been dispatched yet because it is out of stock. (for 7 months????). I have since asked for either a refund or a tracking code and gave them a deadline which has since past and still no response. I'm looking into ways to file a dispute with them and get my money back. Photos show all e-mail communication.”

“I can only speak as I find and I used Preppers Shop for the first time a week ago for the purchase of a knife. It came within the 48 hours delivery that I opted for. Its a Schrade so great quality and excellent price. I will definitely use again and can recommend them.”

“Incomparable to any digital shopping experience I’ve ever had. Shockingly immature service, misleading yet contradicting information, no ability to change or view order on website, ignored emails, called and messages, name calling when challenged. Really - don’t bother. Check the reviews.”

Hi Nathaniel, although that isnt your real name is it. This customer is under the age of 18, and tried ordering several knives, Luckily we take age verification very seriously and age check every buyer. Like this one who tried to use fake ID but unfortunately got caught and reported to the police. This review is his attempt to get revenge for being reported for trying to buy knives underage with fake ID.

“A bunch of cowboys. Refused to cance the order and refund, doesn’t reply to emails, calls or messages, shares customer personal information on Facebook, reps have the attitude of a cocky teenager and no customer facing portal. I had to involve the bank in order for my order - which PSUK refused to cancel, continue or decline - to be refunded. Don’t give your money to this retailer. If you have to, insist on using a protected method such as PayPal to ensure you are protected.”

“Ordered last Friday still waiting Order… Ordered last Friday still waiting Order Number is: 27738/010319/26 Edit 11/03/2019: I agree that I did not see the age verification request in the email but I would expect a retailer who has been paid for a product to chase up age verification after a week as clearly it has been missed. I'm sure this process could even be automated with a fairly simple script. I have now ordered elsewhere and am awaiting a refund via paypal which literally take one second to process but i'm willing to bet will take you days. I will update as and when sorted. Days waiting for refund so far : 4 Days since original order : 11”

Hi Gavin, You admit that we sent you the age verification email 3 times, it is a legal requirement that you must complete that before we can post a knife to you. You failed to do so, until you did we cannot post your order without breaking the law. You admitting to not responding to the email does not reflect us as having bad service.

“I had conversation with scammer in Facebook, he said that on his site item dispatched and Royal Mail 48 mean 48 hours. The scammer couldn’t provide a validated tracking number...Just dishonesty seller 100%...criminals after treat me to reporting me t9 the police what a scammer with police protection...the scammer should report himself for the his wrong doings...Also he tried to dispute my money what a thief..’”

“Well another few weeks have passed by and I still have yet to recieve a refund or the items promised by Lincoln. As requested, I sent an email replying to Preppers Shop UK as asked by Lincoln. Lincoln, keep the £10 and whatever pence as you are clearly in more need of the money than I am. The same goes for the cocking strings and hand grip. I suggest that you put the saving towards a business and customer relations training course or perhaps a cerificate in English Communications course. What a dreadful shopping experience you supply......”

“My partner ordered me a couple of items from Preppers Shop and there was a delivery problem, it was overdue by a week. Preppers shop dealt with it and then resent the order which arrived the very next day. I think that even though we had a problem with the delivery and a problem in contacting them (due to them being busy), the Quality and Standard of the help we received was very high indeed. I will be returning to then in the future for more products. They were true to their word. I have recomended them to all of my people as the Quality of their goods is a very high standard.”

“Two separate orders, the first had a faulty item but I didn't bother retrurning as only a couple of pounds, the second had a much more expensive faulty item. In attempting to get this replaced I have sent numerous emails, all of which have been ignored. I have called literally hundreds of times with no answer. One call out of 30 is answered, and on the odd occasion I have spoken to someone I have been reassured that everything is OK, and not to worry. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 months. Do not use this company, you have been warned.”
