“I rang Preppers after not receiving an airmat on next day delivery after five days. Staff were polite, apologetic and contacted Royal Mail to understand if any deliveries had been attempted and the reasons why not. The item came the next day so four stars for service and one star deducted for everything not working out on time.”

“Shopped online.. Had an issue, my end, rang shop, given advice, placed order and it arrived next day. Its difficult nowadays to get to speak with someone so if you need that extra help Preppers is definitely the place to shop plus it was also the cheapest for what I needed.”

“My five star rating is based upon two factors. 1. I ordered a grade two Bergen rucksack. Preppers Shop advertising clearly warned me that if I wanted the item for immediate use I should not buy it, that the item was for spares or repair. This turned out not to be the case :) The item is perfectly useable!, its defects being negligible. I’m not suggesting that all samples will be the same but I am delighted. 2. Purchase was simple. Delivery was prompt. All my dealings with Peppers Shop have been wholly satisfactory, Thank you guys.”

“Several purchases now from Preppers shop- ration items, backpack, sleeping bag. I’ve been really happy with the quality of the surplus items, quick delivery and decent P&P price. I had one disappointment when ordering an item that wasn’t in stock but the order was refunded promptly with no hassle. These guys are great!”
