“Preppers shop dispatched item as ordered very quickly, only issue was with deliver company that they use to deliver the item to my property because I was out at work so I had a twenty minute walk to an alternative location where the delivery driver had left my item”

“I received my MP5 gas mask. There was a bit of dust I cleared off it but it works quite well. It deals around my face and apart from the adjusting of the straps which took a while it’s a very good design. I really like the quick release hooks at the base of the mask. It makes it easy to put on ad take off.”

“Disappointing. The gas mask's condition is poor at best. The visor is so scratched and dirty that even after trying to clean it with a strong cleaner, the results aren't good enough to warrant the mask as usable. The delivery was good however.”

“Two orders made, absolutely nothing for 10 days. No updates, no UPS tracking numbers. Complete failure to answer phones or reply to email. Avoid at all costs.”

“The worst company i have ever dealt with on the internet. I am still waiting for my order which is of a significant size. They dont answer emails, have no answer machine and unable to leave a message and the phone remains unanswered. so unable to contact by email or phone. i have received one initial order which was packed terribly with broken items and looked as if items had been just thrown in a box. i have tried to get them to respond in some way or other and quite understand its busy at the moment but having taken my money of £395 they seem to have disappeared. Dont trade with them!”

“Excellent store and efficient service, orders sometimes a little slow but that is down to UPS couriers, only minus point is the number of items they are out of stock of but the redeemer is they e-mail you when back in stock, overall a good place to purchase from”

“Great shop will definitely be purchase from here again unfortunately a lot of stock sold out due to(covid 19) but I do like the email notification to let you know when more stock is available all very good shop now I am a prepper for life”
