“Please read all the reviews they ain’t wrong I had the misfortune of using this disgusting company worst customer service I have ever come across and rude owner they are robbers and thieves they never sent my item and took my money you will never get a penny pack from them”

“Leaky bottle upon delivery which was disappointing in itself but then to encounter such awful customer service from the owner was shocking. No offer of return/replacement or refund on the faulty goods. I should have reviewed online before I bought as other people have had similar complaints issues - I would never buy from these people again - such a great disappointment at such rudeness!!”

“Bought an expensive bottle as a Christmas present for partners family. Wrapped the box, they opened it on Christmas day to find a leaking bottle, highly embarrassing as you can imagine. Customer service was dreadful, a normal company would of at least offered a new bottle straight away... no I had to get my partners family to send a leaking bottle back, not sure what they will do with a leaking bottle (had to ask for a pre-paid stamp as they just expected my partners family to pay for this too) and only then would they send a new bottle out. Not even a gesture voucher or anything to apologise for this highly inconvenient mess up on their side. DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE - I also never write reviews but I have to as this was such a bad experience.”

“i paid £175 +delivery. item never arrived, no refund was issued and customer service very patronising, shouting over me, i could hardly say anything. they stopped replying to my emails and call phones. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT- AVOID!!!”

“Be careful with this site and what you think you are purchasing. Apparently their t’s and c’s have a get out so the picture and the description that they have on the website isn’t actually what you may receive. Ordered original 43% whiskey and they send a later version at 40%. Nothing less than a con to advertise one thing and sell something different.”

“Placed an order, received no confirmation email, once I had made a call to ask a member of staff to follow up the order and send over a manual invoice I was spoken to with zero manners, in a very patronising, unprofessional and disrespectful tone. First and last time I’ll be shopping here.”

“Pros: bottle well packaged, secure courier service. Cons: personalisation changed without prior acknowledgement or consent so not as ordered, smudges on bottle label spoilt overall appearance.”

“I ordered a MIXED case of Beavertown as a Christmas present. They sent me 12 of the same beer then when I emailed they blamed me for their sloppyness. Bad customer service wont be buying from them again.”

“What Prestige Drinks advertise and what you get can be different. Beware!!! I ordered some premium French cider from them and they sent me an inferior quality cider. Claimed it was the same thing!!!”
