“I have previously been happy with the service offered by Presto Coffee but this latest order has been a disaster. I ordered two packs of coffee bags and have only received one - still not received the second pack and now not getting any response to emails asking for the tracking number. Feeling ripped off.”

“Ordered my coffee 3 weeks ago and has still not arrived. Have been given multiple excuses about large numbers of orders, royal mail losing the parcel but still no coffee and I haven't been offered a refund Will not be ordering from here again”
