"I\u2019m really disappointed with Pretty Kitty fashion. They most certainly have beautiful dresses and I ordered a dress for a special occasion and paid for express delivery to ensure it arrived in plenty of time. Unfortunately when the dress arrived, it had several pin shape holes in it. I took photos and they agreed for me to return it and send out a replacement. Unfortunately, when the replacement was received THIS ALSO had holes in it!!! This time worse than the first, with a very evident hole in the centre of the chest area (v line) and holes under the arm and around the torso. I complained again, I was offered to return the dress again (which would mean nothing to wear for the special occasion that very day) or the best the manager could offer for a damaged dress was \u00a310 off my next order, very poor considering the dress cost \u00a347.99 and two damaged dresses were sent.\r\nThis caused a lot of stress as I had themed my whole outfit and theme of the occasion around the dress and I was left with no option but to wear it damaged, as the replacement which I presumed would be fine, didn\u2019t arrive until the day of, despite me ordering the original dress in plenty of time. Since then, I noticed on the night, that the stitching is actually coming away from the underarm.\r\nExtremely poor quality item and poor customer service."
