I often order from UK but first time i had tonpay 20£ for sending back unwanted items.i regret a lot to have anything common with your company.never again.hard to contact with helping person.don't recommend.

Iram has helped me with my query on delivery. Its been delayed but has refunded the postage and advised that I should expect it in the next couple of days. I didnt have to wait for a response either, he helped me right away!

I’ve only recently started ordering from PLT and on my 2nd order the delivery was delayed. I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp and Sadie responded almost immediately, checked into the issue, and refunded my shipping all within a 2 minute convo. Really happy with the items, pricing, and now customer service based on my few orders.

Great experience as far as customer service, price, returns and refunds. However, delivery sucks for international deliveries. The Royal Mail transfer to USPS is horrible. I wish they wouldn’t use USPS because they do not update their website and the mail couriers are horrible.

Pretty little thing is awesome. The site, the customer service, delivery etc....I've had nothing but good experiences. My packages always arrive quickly, however I had one that was delayed.... I contacted customer service through what's app and Sadie was great. She responded quickly with exactly what I needed to know and was so pleasant. Great customer service experience which is a breath of fresh air these days :)

Had to return a dress as we ordered the wrong size. Very easy return process and got our credit 8 days sooner than expected, no questions asked. And thanks so much for your help, Nadia, with my follow up questions. I appreciate it!

It never came.. it was supposed to come a week after I ordered but now a month ago that I ordered the clothes and still don’t have it. Already asked it twice through the service chat still the same answer. Untill I asked it through insta dm and that was even better then the chat on the website. So I asked for my money back and now let’s hope if my money is coming back ..

First time ordering from this company. With help from the reviews and size chart, I was able to order the right sizes. Just read the reviews for each item. Per the reviews, some items were cut bigger. The price, style and quality are amazing especially for plus size fashions! For free express over seas delivery, it arrived in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with my purchase and service I received.

PLT shipped the wrong size item. Emailed customer service three times with no response. I had to download an app to chat with an agent that provided zero help. Thankfully, I was able to sell the shoes to a friend because PLT charges to return items. I will never order from this company again.
