I LOVE PrettyLittleThing.com. The clothes/shoes are beautiful and the customer service is AWESOME! I needed some help with a return and Jaida helped me on Facebook by answering all of my questions. I DEFINITELY recommend PrettyLittleThing.com

Will not shop here again, applied discount code which was supposed to give me half price off my item it showed the discount but was then charged full price. Straight away I contacted them they offered to cancel my order so I could try again with the discount code, I agreed and asked for a refund to try again. But no reply after that instead I was sent a confirmation for my full price order and then an email saying sorry they have already shipped it and I can send it back if I want once it gets to me. Not pleased at all

Very bad quality and sizes are super off I bought so much and I’m returning more then half of it all. The pictures on website are very misleading. Super disappointed but I guess I got what I paid for...

I ordered a dress for my birthday from them. My first problem was I could not track my order which I didn't like because I wanted my dress by a certain date so I followed the standard shipping dates. Everytime I put my tracking number in it said it was wrong like my order didnt exist. Well I finally got the dress and it did arrive on time but I didn't even like it. It's very cheaply made. It's a sweater dress but I feel like you can see right threw it. It's ruched so you can pull it in the front to look scrunched up but by time I do that you can look right up the front of my dress. I never ordered from PYT and wanted to like them but I don't. I will be returning.

I just recently ordered a sweatshirt and tee shirt which I gave 4 stars due to them being a lil big when I ordered my size (medium) even tho it said they wer over sized I still should have went down a size but the clothes wer of great quality and and super nice. They came in great shape and even got here sooner than expected. I was reluctant to buy from this site bcuz of the reviews but honestly I seem to can’t trust reviews very much so I think you should go by your own intuition and not let ppl scare you away. There is so much fake reviews out there you have to see for yourself. I think PLT is awesome and will be shopping here again

I had an amazing start with this site. I started with one pair of faux leather leggins and went from there. I ordered 3 pair of leggins from 3 different sites and PLT's were the best by far. The others were 3 times more expensive and very poor quality compared to PLT. I sent the others back. From there I ordered 7 more items from PLT. Loved every item. The quality and fit was dead one, based on their size charts. The shipments came quickly & packaging is great. I highly recommend this site and will make many more purchases.

My item said it was delivered and it was not. Upon the “missed” arrival it wasn’t left in the property office. Therefore tracking the item has been very difficult.

I bought 3 dresses and a pair of heels. The heel broke off my shoes the first day wearing them and only one of the dresses fit and looks good if I wear it backwards?!?! Waste of money, will not shop here again.

My order hasn't arrived yet and it has been five days since the day it was supposed be delivered. I sent an email to ask for help and I got no response. I will never shop here again!

Ordered a Halloween costume about a week ago, after ordering the screen took me back to the main screen without giving me a confirmation number or telling me “thanks for ordering” so I thought my phone glitched and went back to order it again. Turned out it has went through and I ended up buying 2 costumes over $100. Tried to cancel 2nd order and there’s no customer service number to call. Also didn’t let me type in my correct apartment number when ordering so it was sent wrong and is being sent back. Still no customer service number to call so I’m basically at a loss on what to do.

The clothes were great, shipping was fast, costumer service was super helpful when I had to return a couple items (they were too big) and the amount for the return was refunded quite fast. Very happy, will order again!

The pants I purchased was huge and I can’t even return them cause the tags came off & someone from the company sent me wet leggings link so I can purchase leggings since the one I got was too big 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

Paid next day delivery 4th day In still no parcel -delivery lied saying they tried to deliver no note and I was in all day!!! Now company saying no tracking is showing

I've checked this out for you and I can see your parcel was held up by the couriers on the 29th September, no attempt was made and I'm sorry you've been advised this. I can see the driver then successfully delivered your parcel on the 2nd October.
