Ordered a dress it didn’t look like the picture and when I got it had a stain on it I returned it and still haven’t received my money

Both outfits do not look like the picture and one dress was ripped!!! I will be returning and getting a refund ASAP!!! Don’t think I’ll buy again

Purchased 4 items, all were satin. The satin material was extremely thin and had a very cheap appearance.

Order number - 519-2608392-5585939 Every single shirt was way too big for me when I get it the same size I always do. Also, 3 shirts came with a whole in it which surprised me very much, I had to throw it away. I don’t think I will ever order from here again. The return policy didn’t work for me. The item ordered was too small so I wanted to return it and order a larger size. I followed the return directions that are included in the package but the order number wasn’t recognized. I couldn’t get a return label therefore I’m stuck with a dress that’s too small.

I ordered some swimwear and was very pleased with it. Other than the way the material sat on the one side on the Peach & white stripe bikini top which was a bit odd at the bottom the way it folded itself over and you could see part of the lining.

Item was very poor quality in general and the seams were even close to ripping on one side (or just really poorly made). Plan to return.

Ordered boots next day delivery. It’s now day 10 and customer support along with Hermes outdated tracking reports are sound like a broken record - delivery is set for today, please allow till 9pm for delivery to arrive, than contact us again - next day same situation - no order, no way to contact Hermes driver-currier, email support teem is slow on response. Frustrating, annoying. I sit and wait , and they say attempt delivery made - no one called , no one knocked, unless it was in a parallel universe. 10 days I wait for next day delivery, like I don’t have life, tracking says we’re on our way to you, just wait - and nothing. Asked refund twice, they say please wait till 9 pm today and ask again. They refunded delivery cost of 6£ But they cannot say where is my package and for how long will they ask me to wait till 9 pm...

The trousers too big. Size 4 and they were for my daughter but they fitted me and my size is 8.

I live in Norway and got the package a few days before estimated delivery which is super great! All the items I ordered fitted me well and I’m obsessed with PLT noe hahah❤️ Really don’t understand why so many have bad reviews because I loved everything! Only ONE thing I wasn’t a superfan of was that the knitted joggers was very seethrough. On the video I first wore clothes that aren’t from plt but all the clothes i change into is PLT

Was disappointed I ordered next day deliver and waited in for a delivery which wasn’t ever coming. However Matthew helped me. He advised me on when my item was coming and refunded me the cost of next day delivery. Very grateful :-)
