I ordered according to the size charts, but the items were a bit too big. Nothing a small sewing job can't fix though. The quality was surprisingly lower than I thought it'd be. I don't recommend getting dresses from here. I love the shirts and shoes that I got, but the dresses felt like they were gonna fall apart.

Easy to use, quality's okay, price is decent for some clothing and I always order from here and the return and refund is quick and easy, the delivery is on time/earlier. Appearance of clothing wise, everything is as seen on site but the inside of the clothing's fabrics is always unpredictable and usually not so good.

Loved the item. I ordered a size larger after reading some reviews and it's perfect. No problems at all with delivery. I wish I'd ordered two.

I bought a matching set (pants and top) the top was darker than the pants color and i didn’t even bother to return it because i would have to pay out of pocket.

I got 3 one piece bathing suits and every single once was more like a costume. None were lined the way a swimsuit should be lined in the right areas. Seams were not sewn correctly. Very cheap, thin material. You really do get what you pay for here. Order with those expectations. I'm 150lbs, 5'5, athletic build, S/M top, 4/6 size jeans and i ordered size 10 suits and they are slightly small. Hope this helps.

We try to stick to our size guide as much as possible, however, it can vary slightly depending on the style and fitting. Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. I've checked the tracking and the order was delayed at the couriers depot, so it couldn't be put out for delivery as soon as it should have been. We're still working with the courier to find out why it was delayed and what we can do in the future to reduce the chances of this happening again. The order is now showing as being delivered. Sorry but I’m not pleased with prettylittlething, they live up to their name because every piece of clothing I ordered was so small and un-stretchy so I couldnt even put it on. And I’m a normal size XS in every other store!! And even their size S is way too small and tight for me. Some of their clothes would only fit a slim child.

Order was never delivered, contacted them through Instagram and they kept on sending me shipping update that I already had and kept on telling me to wait for this date every time.Had to contact ups myself and file a complain and after receiving it i had to send to them myself and it was then I was refunded. I ordered again, this time the order came and no update was made on either website. They need to take their posting more serious. I must say the clothing quality is very good and the person I ordered it for loved it. Also, they should be able to ship new item instead of having to cancel and order over because I received a faulty item and I really wanted to dress. However, it was to time consuming to look and order over. You can trust the website

I rush ordered a dress and i got sent to the wrong house, they took a picture and it was delivered to my neighbors house and when i asked them they said they didn’t have it. I called the delivery company and they said they’ll send another one and that one barely got to me in time for my event and when it did arrive it was damaged!!! the dress had some tassels and they were falling apart and i had to repair the dress at home by sewing the dress together and the tassels in place because it was hours before my event and i couldn’t go get a new dress... i will never shop there again and i will tell everyone about this experience. truly the worst experience ever.

A lot of the shirts I bought were very small but didn’t appear that way in the pictures online (and I even ordered big sizes)...overall very disappointed in my purchase.

I am quiet happy and disappointed with some of the clothes I have ordered with pretty little thing and some of things have been really good but I am not sure if I am going to continue shopping with you but your pieces are great value

First dress was too small. Reordered the dress in the next size which was fine but having trouble returning the first dress. Site says it can’t find my order even when I put in the order number.

I wear a size 12, but found dress ordered in this size more like an 8. Ordered a larger size, which was damaged(seams ripped on both sides). Received another which finally seems ok. On the plus side, delivery is quick, and returns are easy.
