The dress was great but it wasn’t the best quality but then Asha helped me. She was very nice and gave great service.

I love pretty little thing whenever I purchase items majority of the time they fit perfectly , shipping is extremely fast with no complications but personally I think new styles need to be brought out x

Jumper is exacly what it looked like online,was so cheap for the amazing quality,couldn’t recommend more,delivery was Hermes it was amazing,got next day delivery and missed my parcel and the delivery man came back later on in the evening and I got it.

Clothes were amazing however my blazer has pulls on it one arrival. Clothes are designed to wear one night and not more than that.

Super happy with my dress! I needed a dress asap and with the early delivery, I had it in only 2 days. The dress looked so nice and everybody liked it. The quality is obviously not the best, but ist good concerning what you pay for it! The jewelry also was so pretty - same goes for quality here too!

It took too long for my package and all my items were cheaply made. The only reason they get 1 star is because I was refunded my shipping cost.

I've chased the delivery up with our courier who advise they are experiencing some delays in the mail service and apologise for any inconvenience caused. I can see that you've spoken with our customer service team who've refunded the shipping fee back to you. I've bought things before that I love, but I recently bought two bikini sets. In one set the bottoms fit but not the top, in the other set the top fit but not the bottoms - even though all pieces are a size 10. Super annoying.

PLT stated that my package would arrive on or before October 22nd but I didn't receive it until the 28th. Usually I have no problems but this time took way longer than normal.

I purchased 2 different dresses for my wife for an upcoming military ball. We received them very quickly and were pleased with that part. When she finally opened the package she wasn't quite sure until she tried them both on. She was totally excited about both of them. So much so that now she doesn't know which one she will be wearing first! A real good problem to have especially when you are trusting the online store as to sizes and all. Great job guys!!!!

I had two separate orders within days of each other my second order arrived before my first, but the first was received a few days later. Love everything I ordered most of the times are very good in quality and stitching, I ordered the teal thigh high boots they didn’t for so that was a disappointment. And one pair of pants was a little too thin for work. Other than that 1 romper 4 tops, 2 sets of earrings, 2 pair of heels, and a necklace work beautifully.

The dress wasn’t really a dress. It’s cheaply made. I can’t believe they orginally charged $70 for it. It came ripped.
