Ive ordered from there for over a year felt the need to leave a review because im seeing so many bad ones?? I love there stuff.. only issue is the shoes..maybe cos im flatfooted etc there trousers may be twice as long as you..but can always get it tailored.. i love there stuff😩

I usually get quite a lot from pretty little thing But recently I feel it’s very overpriced for the quality I’m receiving. My most recent order came and the tops are see through low quality and look NOTHING like the picture. Very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from here again :/

BILLIONAIRE owner of Pretty Little Thing is furloughing staff during a global pandemic. And despite him not having to pay tax living in Dubai, the tax payers in the UK are assisting?!! If the headlines are true, I will never shop here again. Umar Kamani should be ashamed of himself.

Ordered a pair of black leather shorts before lockdown started in Ireland for a night out and the zip came broken tried to return it but there was no option for my return was just saying stuff about size returns and all decided to just wait and get the zip fixed but absolutely horrible to be sending back out faulty returns would not recommend!!

I’ve always had a good experience with pretty little thing but some items selling for quite a lot have been VERY see through! I always worry when I buy from there now that is going to be see through. I once bought some shorts and you could see literally EVERYTHING! However most items are amazing and would recommend in that sense. Things like hoodies, T-shirts, joggers are great for quality. Other things like cycling shorts and bodysuits are extremely see through. X

Daughters ordered dresses from pretty little things. When they came they looked nothing like the pictures. One was completely see through and the others look tacky! Will not be ordering from this site ever again. After saving their pocket money they have wasted it on rubbish. No point sending back after reading poor reviews on refunds!

Hey Hayley, Sorry to hear they didn't love their haul. If you're returning from the UK, all our returns are fully tracked and you'll be given a receipt by the post office when you return over the counter, which will allow you to keep an eye on your returns. We'll also be able to check the stock and compare them to website, to make sure the items are correct and the images on site correctly match the dresses. Thanks Usman

These people sent my package some place else! I ordered 230$ worth of clothes and they stole it from me!! They sent me to go pick it up at the supposedly place it was sent and they told me no packages were delivered there! It is a shame since I have so many years buying from this company!! They pretended like they sent the item but they never did!! They are a fraud they are horrible people they don’t care about your needs!! They don’t deserve our money!! They are a fraud fraud fraud fraud!!

Hey, Sorry to hear you've not been able to locate your order. I've looked into this for you and the courier has advised the order was delivered to the address provided when the order was placed. You're able to check your order history and the confirmation to confirm the address you provided when the order was placed. These people are a fraud!!! Don’t buy from them!! They stole 230$ from me!! Please people their customer service is horrible!! They don’t care about you they don’t care about what happened to your package!! Don’t fall for this!!!

Paid for free next day delivery for the year, next time I go to order it is not showing that I have free next day delivery where it usually does, And Is instead asking which option I’d like to choose, emailed and got no response, not impressed maybe they’re having difficulties because of what’s going on at the minute but I’d Just like a response as i don’t understand what’s going on. I have had no issues with them at all prior to this so I’m hoping it’s just a mix up

Lead to believe they would cover my shipping costs 😡 So after three weeks of emails back and forth with pretty little thing, the result has been disappointing. Firstly I ordered 2 items: leggings and a top, however I was charged for duplicates re: 4 items x2 leggings/ x2 tops. (They later refunded me for the extra two items) but I still had to fork out for the returns of these items. As this pandemic is going on there are so printer facilities so I stated on email I would not be able to print off and use the 'print off-free of Charge returns form'. They said in writing no problem let's continue with the returns procedure we will look after you, I was delighted, this was my first time retuning items to PLT so I was going off what they told me to do. I was fully assured all costs would be covered for this blunder. Once I received my refund for the items the shipping costs where not covered, after going back and pleading my case till the very end communicating with at least 6 different employees, they went back on thier word professed they never offered to pay my shipping cost and that I made it all up, I feel extremely lead on, I feel they were sly in there dealings with my a valued customer, little empathy to my situation, being frontline staff in one of the largest hospitals in Ireland. I will be boycotting PLT, and recommending my family and friends not to use this site, aswell as bringing it further to the customer protection services.

Hey, Sorry for the confusion regarding your returns. I've looked into this for you and I've not been able to find the email where we advised the returns postage cost would be returned. The only message I could find regarding the returns advised we've extended our returns time frame and you can return them once safe to do, so you could return once you're able to print off the free returns label. If you can send us the email where we advised the returns postage cost would be reimbursed, please send it to us and we can investigate this further. Thanks Usman

Hi! I had ordered a package the weekend before last. I paid for faster shipping and the expected delivery date on the website was yesterday, April 28. The shipment is supposed to be delivered by fedex. Its been over a week and now one day since the expected delivery date. I called fedex and they informed me they have not even received my package to begin the shipping process. I’m very disappointed considering i paid for express shipping and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Seeing as how fedex hasn’t even received my package, i assume it’s going to take a lot longer to deliver and i’m not even sure where it is. Very disappointed.

Hey Kayla, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you yet. As it's late, I've refunded the shipping cost back to card and it'll show in the account by the end of May 12th. I've checked the tracking and the order has been delayed on at the courier depot in Stansted. Once the order is loaded onto a plane, the tracking should update further and Fedex will provide an updated estimated delivery date. Thanks Usman

Used PLT for ages now and it’s an amazing website however during this time sadly most items especially in my sizes are out of stock I did manage to order some items I wanted but its a 2 week wait for it to get here but that is due to the pandemic. but this won’t stop me shopping there in the future

This is the first time I've used this company. I ordered over a wk ago received email package was dispatched received tracking number. The courier site specifies no information but says label was created awaiting shipper to provide info. I paid for the fastest delivery and still package hasn't moved. I cannot reach customer service as no phone number. This is weird and concerning I did find email address and sent email. I will likely not order again no way to reach anyone is sketchy for me and I spent over 300 dollars and there's no telling when my package will ship or if I will ever get it.

I have ordered from Pretty Little Thing lots of times before but the quality of the clothing seems to be getting worse. I recently ordered the polka dot printed blouse which looks completely different to online, I’m a size 8-10 but I’ve ordered this in a size 10, I don’t have huge boobs but this thing is like a bra and I mean a really tight tiny bra! On the model it looks like a batwing sleeve but it’s so tight on my arms and my chest is popping out of it. I don’t know which UK woman size 10 this is directed towards but it is more like a size 4. The bandeau bodysuit I ordered is literally see through and one of the other tops has all the thread coming away. It’s such a shame because I have ordered items before and never been so disappointed! My main advice is to not order the polka dot blouse or the cheap bandeau bodysuits, you get what you pay for I guess! The customer service for the company are amazing, I don’t think anyone should be leaving negative reviews about delivery at a time like this because it is just clothing and not the end of the world if it turns up late. My order did go missing but the staff are brilliant and sorted it out straight away so no faults there! Please just be aware that the sizing is way off all of a sudden and a UK size 10 will probably be more likely to fit your 8 year old sister...

I brought some trackies and a top from PLT. They’re nice for sure, but the quality isn’t the best. My trackies are already knobbly. My biggest concern is that the white top actually smelt of cat pee? I don’t own a cat, so it’s not me!!!! Probably will buy from this site again, but definitely not happy with my order

I made a large purchase for the first time with Prettylittlething and it was supposed to be delivered on April 23rd as I paid extra for faster shipping. It has been delayed stating that it is unavailable for pickup since Thursday. I have reached out to pretty little thing and I have received no help or information in regard to my almost $300 order. This is my first and last Purchase from them. Ridiculously terrible customer service and purchasing experience.

I've checked with the courier and the order has been delayed getting loaded on to a flight to the next depot with the courier. Once the order arrives at the next depot, the tracking will update and we'll be able to provide a better Estimated delivery date. Bought a necklace from the website along with a few other items. I love the website and use it often but wasn’t impressed with the necklace because a chain had snapped Really easily after my second time wearing it. Other than that I like the clothing.

If I could give this company NO STARS I WOULD. I've ordered from this company two times and this will be the last time. The first time they sent me a size 20 when I ordered a size 16. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt people make mistakes. After I had to pay to have it shipped back to get a refund instead of an exchange. I just ordered again last week a whole 2 month later after my first purchase with Pretty little Things I get one of my orders and they sent me the wrong size again. I ordered a size 14 plus size they sent me a size 16 or so it says on the plastic wrap on the outside cause when I actually looked at the tag it said Medium and the dress is too small it's NOT PLUS SIZE AT ALL. I don't know what's wrong with this company they just throw whatever size they want in the bag and ship it out. Never mind what the customer order damn that. If you are a potential customer. I'm going to save you time and money DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM PRETTY LITTLE THINGS!!!! I haven't got my other order yet. I'm sure that would be the wrong size too. Which is disappointing because I wanted these dresses for my birthday. Pretty Little Things are very unprofessional company and they do not care about their customers. So since they don't care to get your order right don't give them any money. I will give my business to another company that values me as a customer.

Hey, Sorry to hear you received the wrong size. I can see you've returned the items back to us and the refund has been processed back to the original payment method. As we're a UK based company, our items would be labelled in UK sizes,however, this would be the equivalent to the US size you ordered. Beware item not delivered. Hi, I ordered an item on the 6th April only when the item didn't arrive I contacted PLT on some chat room who informed me that apart of the postcode had a typo and to correct it and allow 24 to 48 hours for delivery as it was held at myhermes pacel courier, fine only 2 days later I had an email saying PLT had received my return and a refund was due less the £5 delivery, now the item £5 more than when I purchased it and the only way of contact is thought a chat service which is implying it's my fault even though at no point was I informed the postcode was wrong...I feel common sense doesn't exist even when I has explain the issue. PLEASE BEWARE !!!!

Hey, Sorry to hear your order was returned. I've looked into what happened on this order and the post code provided when the order was placed was confirmed by the courier as incorrect. Due to the large number or parcels we ship and our couriers delivery, we're not able to get in touch with all customers. All our orders are fully tracked, however, so you can keep an eye on your order throughout the delivery process. The courier company wasn't able to change the postcode, so they returned the order back to us and a refund was processed back to the original payment method. You're able to check the delivery address before the order is placed and the address is also shown on the confirmation email, so you can reach out to our customer service team to see if they can change the address or reach out to the courier earlier.
