“delivery is good, comes at mid day usually. pricing is brilliant. had to return a few items because of sizing reasons, long sleeved size 4 in most tops or bodysuits are very very thin around the wrist. mostly good quality though.”

“Made a purchase Most items were size 8 or 10 and almost all the items that was sent to me are 12-14 so I have return most of my stuff... and the quality was cheap too..”

Hey Ivy, Sorry for the confusion with our sizes. As we're UK based, all out items are labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the size ordered. “I have next day delivery but it takes three days because of Christmas I understand that they have a lot of purchases but you would think that they would try and make it so that you have It next day apart from that the return system is amazing never had any problems and got my refunds very quickly and I love their clothes more than half my cupboard is from here.”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. I've checked the order and it's been delayed at the depot, so the driver wasn't able to pick it up just yet. The couriers are looking into the delay and once they have more information, they'll update the tracking information.
