“Bad customer service, cheap quality, they will never refund your money back when you do a return. I bought so many things and i got 3 of the items are torn. CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE SO BAD”

“Really nice clothing don’t get me wrong. However my top that i ordered was not delivered to my address, it was delivered to a hairdressers up the road from me. with a completely different address. Luckily I know the hairdresser and was able to retrieve it. But at least get a proper delivery driver next time.”

“The dress I ordered arrived covered in foundation in various places.Quite frankly it looked like it had been worn round town on a Saturday night ! I contacted you immediately and received an automated reply then shortly another requesting photos, which I duely sent at least 5 times .The next response was hiya send us some pics ! I sent again no reply . Since then I have sent various email with no joy ! Today I was sent an email from customer service saying how did we do ???? It was April fools day yesterday not today !! You have quite frankly done nothing ! I am now resorting to social media tomedia where if you care to look you may see the photos I have sent you !”

“I have ordered a tip for my daughter and Ithe was faulty, the print was at the back of top instead of at the front, not happy with costumer service, would have to send it back, take another 2wks for refund, they could have at least sent out a replacement top , so not happy at all about the way they handled the situation”

“I have made several orders off prettylittlething but have finally learnt my lesson and will not be buying anything else from them again. Every order has turned up either already damaged or unwearable due to the fabrics being incredibly thin and see-through. Their garments are very cheap but you very much get what you pay for. I am not able to wear any of the things I have bought from the website.”

“I ordered something from them and received it on March 3rd. I request a return from them the next day and sent some items back because they didn’t fit. Mailed it back out in the 6th and they received the items on the 10th. The confirmation email said the credit would be issued on the 18th. Needless to say it’s now April 1st and I still haven’t received my credit. After a lot of back and forth from the company’s customer service department, there was a”delay” in the return process in which now I have to wait 10 more days. Slowest return process ever! I would highly recommend shopping somewhere else. The prices on their clothes are not worth the return process.”

“They don’t even deserve 1 Star. They took my money through PayPal, then tell me that they didn’t receive my money or order, even though my PayPal receipt says otherwise. They will not issue refund, telling me that PayPal will issue refund. Disgusting! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!”

“I ordered using next day delivery and recieved a confirmation email saying it would be delivered the next day (Sunday) however a week later it still hasn’t arrived, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money as I don’t need the items anymore as they are too late and I’ve had to buy from somewhere else but they said I have to give it almost another week before they will look into it further, they did answer my emails however, and they were nice enough which is a plus and they have refunded my next day delivery costs but they still have my money for my outfit, I wouldn’t risk using these again if I need an item quickly”

“Whoever reads this, please PAY THROUGH PAYPAL. I don't trust this website enough for them to truly return your money. I spent $70 on clothes + shipping. They don't pay for the return label and they don't refund you for shipping or anything. It took about 2 weeks to get my money back though. It's really annoying. Some clothes look like the site, others do not AT ALL. They seriously don't have reviews on the website? That's so sketchy to me. I emailed the company about that, and they said that "they're in the process of adding that to the site." BS. If Fashion Nova has reviews, you should have reviews. I'm not sure if this website is a scam or not, I was just so happy they had size 12 & 14 dresses. Now I can't stop seeing the ads. I'm tired of this website.”

“This is the first time I have ordered from PLT, and I have now been told that my order will only reach me in 2 months time. Heather, whom I have been dealing with on whatsapp keeps telling me the same thing over and over. To be honest, who wants to wait 2 or 3 months for their parcel to arrive? Winter will be over by the time my winter clothes that I have ordered arrives??? I will NEVER be ordering from them again, bad mistake on my side.”

“I ordered over £250 worth of jumpers for my upcoming holiday and a lounge suit. To say the quality control was lacking is a total understatement. I am not sure who they base their sizings on but they were either drowning me and the sleeves were so long you couldnt even see my hands. The lounge suit joggers were so long and big that they wouldn't be in proportion with anyone's size. The quality of the materials are so poor and most of my order smelled like tobacco. Absolute shambles. Avoid at all costs.”

“Horrible quality to say the least. They obviously spend all their money on events for social media and endorsements that they don’t have enough to put into the quality of their items. I purchased a huge order of swimwear from them for an upcoming vacation and I had to return them all! The quality was so poor that a small snug would cause the bikini top to completely fall - and I made sure to order a size down to avoid this. Instead, I’m advising to avoid this company all together.”

“I made a large order with Pretty Little Thing which they told me had been sent in two parcels. I contacted them as I had only received one parcel, and the tracking number they had given me had the wrong address attached. They are adamant - each time I message them I get a response from a different person who seems to not be able to look at the previous messages that have been sent - that both parcels had been delivered, but are too stupid to realise that one parcel had been sent to a different town. They keep asking the same questions like a broken record. My purchase was over $400. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I do a lot of online shopping. Tomorrow I will be getting a Statutory Declaration signed by my local post office as proof.”

“I was completely dissatisfied with the poor quality of pretty little thing’s items since the prices were reasonably high (in Canadian dollars at least) and due to the photos. I had read reviews and a lot of them were mixed, which is what I assume the positive ones to be fake unless they don’t mind low end material and fabric. I ordered several items, two of which that were supposed to be “embroidded”, meaning stitched into the blouse or shirt, but turned out being pressed on pieces that will fade after any sort of wash. A lot of items that were more sheer; ended up being somewhat see through which was also disappointing. I will not be ordering from PLT again due to these reasons. I urge you to look elsewhere such as beginning boutique or something! Xo”

“Ordered from PLT a few times now and the sizing is a joke.... I am usually a 14-16 in all clothing, however when ordering a size 16 in a bralette and some underwear, it could only just fit my friend who is a size 12.... they are so small! I found that the sizing in my previous orders was too small aswell so I did have to send the items back. Also, size 16 being the biggest size in most of their clothing and it actually turns out to be a small 12 is ridiculous! They definitely don’t provide for us “bigger women” if that’s what you want to call a size 14-16🤷🏻‍♀️What a joke!”

“very disadvantage to buy from Germany , shipping cost very expensive, i bought some dresses and paid 10€ for shipping cost, but only one dress which cost 9€ was finally posted to me and the company took 10€ from my paypal for shipping cost, i was so angry to pay 10€ shipping cost for a 9€ dress. will never buy from this company again”

“The shipping and ordering process was easy, however the item I ordered did not go with what the reviews said. The romper I ordered was see-through and smaller than what I ordered. I even ordered bigger for myself. I have to return it and they don't offer free returns, either. I spent $50 on a see-through outfit. Do not follow the reviews on their website.”
