I have been buying clothes on PLT and iv always had a great experience . In terms of delivery they are always on time and they always communicate. Returning is also very good. I love shopping there , love the sales and I love it when they do free next day delivery. I will recommend this website to anyone

PLT experience was good well the point of sale and refund all Ng with he Comms via what's app chats. The issue for me was the delivery service they use my order to this day has never showed up. Despite a number of complaints to the delivery company they just told me that I was not their customer and they will only accept complaints from PLT due to the non existent service I would order as a last resort if I can't get item on the high street. Ordering online is should same time and hassle it was anything but countless time wasted sending emails to get an update. In terms of getting a refund PLT did it ahead of time as I was not willing to wait 10 days for the delivery company to confirm to them that they had lost the package when I had screenshots from my live chat with them confirming this. Might be worth looking at the refund process.

I bought clothes for my sister and the sizing was spot on. I bought them on sale and found them significantly cheaper. They were delivered ahead of their delivery date.

Delivery was very fast! Even tho i live in another country! The e-mails about the delivery before and after are very clear and nice thought of. Garment was exactly as i expected and from what i had seen on the pictures of the website . Great job!๐Ÿ’–

When I first shopped at PLT I was a little sceptical but now I like shopping with them, prices are good, easy return policy, highly recommended ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ keep it up PLT!!! ๐Ÿ˜

LOVE pretty little thing! Their clothes fit perfect and their active wear is just ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ only downside to PLT is their courier Iโ€™ve had constant issues with Hermes either not delivering my parcel or throwing it over my back gate ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ PLT have been fab with customer service 90% of the time... 4* stars could definitely improve with the courier service

Best service from and online brand, next day delivery even have my parcel delivered on a Sunday, so easy to return if needed, app is easy to use and friendly, customer service team quick to respond, prices are affordable. Packaging always presentable. Great job
