“Fairly fast delivery. Dress was very cheap material and completely unflattering. But - the worst issue was the SMELL on the dress/bag. Smelt like something died in it and it was SO strong I gagged when trying it on. Never smelt anything so horrendous.”

“Ordered two tops in size 8 and they probably wouldn’t fit on a child, one turned up and it was about 3 inches in length when in the picture it was shown to fit near my belly button, then the second was completely see through and all very small”

“I ordered a pair of comfy sweats size 6 that were $27! Received a size 8 in the mail, very disappointing especially when it’s the companies fault, they took hours to respond and when they did they expected me to go down to the post office and return the size 8 so they could refund me instead of just sending me the size 6 that I had already paid for!! very poor customer service!!”

“So far never really had any issues, items are cheap and cheerful, great sale items and have always arrived on time. On the odd occasion I've had to return there hasn't been an issue. Some lovely tips and dresses for very cheap prices. The only down fall is sometimes the smaller sizes are out of stock quickly.”

“The WhatsApp service that PLT offer is such a great thing. I had a problem with my delivery within 2 minutes of me sending a message via WhatsApp I received a reply from Billy. He helped me with my query, within 2hrs of my first message being sent I received a refund confirmation! So quick and easy to use.”

“Everything went bad. It seemed like it started good but that wasn’t the case at all. I used a discount code but because their site wasn’t working correctly, or maybe it was, it took the code out and charged me the full price. I contacted them about it and at first they suggested that I cancel the whole order, which if I did I wouldn’t have received the same price. I asked them to refund the difference which my bank said they should’ve been able to do and they kept telling me they couldn’t. Then someone else asked me to give them my account and routing number to deposit the difference, which I would never do. Through all of the payment issues I stuck it out to try and figure something out then I got the clothes. I don’t know WHO they thought those clothes were going to fit. I’m 5’2 138lbs and I know my sizes and there’s no reason why a pair of pants should come all the way up to my breast!! everything Was way too big so I had to return everything!! Terrible purchases, I won’t be doing that again. I paid for expedited shipping too and had to pay to return it. Ughhh!!”

“My daughter loves PLT. Perfect fit. Free next day delivery was a bonus this time. Items arrived promptly the next day. Only negative would be that on occasion the deliveries have been haphazard in duration.”
