Pretty little thing is a trendy and aesthetic website. They're clothes is good for teens and young women. They're are always offers and promotions. you can always count on PLT for ant last minute clothing items.

The outfit did not fit. I would have returned it, but they have made the return process so complicated, and the link I used didn't work in the end. I would never recommend them.

I ordered a gray satin snake skin blazer. I live in the U.S. The shipping time was excellent. Unfortunately, however, when the product arrived it was the wrong color - brown - so I could not wear it with the outfit for which I purchased it. The size was way too big as well. I looked up how to return the merchandise and the website states they do not accept returns outside of the U.K. So, I paid for a product I cannot possibly use and am stuck with the bill. That is a big bummer.

Order arrived with 2 weeks of ordering to Victoria, Australia. Loved the clothing. I purchased 2 wrap tops with belt, 1 jumpsuit & 1 dress. Fitted well. This is my 2nd order and haven't been disappointed yet. Will definitely order again. Happy customer

Only issue I had was I ordered the size I thought I could wear but ended up being too small. Fortunately, my daughter could wear it so I ordered another and it happened to be on sale. Took about 7 days to receive which is pretty fast.

Absolutely loved the items I ordered from PLT! They were delivered in a timely manner and the sizing chart is very accurate.. every item fit me perfectly! I strongly recommend shopping on this site. The items attached were both sale items which was also pretty awesome!

In the last month I have had two events and I bought a dress and a jumpsuit from ASOS which are pretty little thing. The strap on the dress broke after 3 hours wear and there was a hole In the leg of the jumpsuit after an afternoons wear. What a waste Of money.

I ordered some clothes online with the application and I paid 5£ for the delivery service. Unfortunatly, I couldn't be home the day they delivered the parcel (since I have a day job). Instead of leaving the parcel to a postal office near my house, they returned it to the company. They refunded me automatically (the clothes), but not the 5£ delivery fees. I asked them to send back the parcel, but they refused. I asked them to refund the delivery fees since I paid 5£ to get absolutly nothing, but they refused. I asked for a discount that would cover the delivery fees so I could re-order the same clothes without paying twice for the delivery fees, but they refused. So I'm just very disapointed to have paid 5£ for nothing, they made me loose my time. I think this company might be a scam...

Got some end of summer sale items for a bargain total price with £9.99 free next day delivery for a year. Everything fit as expected other than one item which I had decided to go for a size smaller in (based on the model's worn size) and which I returned. Was so impressed with the ease of the returns and the fact that it was free and I got my refund a few days later. Very happy :))

YOU ARE A RIP OFF! I'm never purchasing with plt again and will advised people of your extremely high non-delivery rates. I ordered a dress and heels for a wedding ceremony Saturday morning, and paid for next day shipping and my item never arrived on Sunday. It's Monday now, and still no sign of the item being delivered today or not. What the fuckk is the point of offering next day delivery as an option, if your delivery carrier is absolute shitt? Hi, I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived on time and the items were needed for a wedding ceremony, I completely understand why you're upset and I want to get this looked into straight away. I've checked out your delivery and I can see your parcel was delayed on route to the Hermes Depot and your parcel is showing as being successfully delivered on the 16th September.
