I’m used to be fully dedicated to Boohoo but I have been so impressed by PLT I’ve completely converted all my online shopping to them! I live in Germany but I always order from the UK site because the exchange rate often results in a better price than you’ll find on the EU site. International delivery is a bit on the expensive side but my order has always arrived earlier than expected which has been so ideal. And in terms of quality, I’ve purchased 3 dresses, a pair of jeans and 2 jumpers from them and I’ve been so happy with all of them except for one dress. But in general I just think PLT’s materials are of a much better quality than other online sites and love their range of styles and sizes on offer. My go-to site for online shopping without a doubt!!

Discount code advertised on website never worked even though I was a new customer. Sizes come up very small not sure if I would use again although clothes were OK

I buy so many clothes from pretty little thing and love them all! The returns process is quick and easy. If I ever have any problems I message the Instagram and they sort it out straight away. I love them!

Ordered a few items for a night out, got nothing of what I orderd. Everything I got was wrong, and the customer service wanted me to pay for the return, when they messed up. Never ordering from them ever again. Crazy

PLT IS AMAZING! sizes have always been bang on! delivery is always on time or before stated delivery! customer service is amazing on refunds and returns and price is so cheap for amazing quality❤️❤️

I ordered my clothes to the wrong addresses and went on the live chat on Facebook to try to get it changed, sadly I ordered it first class so it was already sent out! But Sadie was so quick to respond and help me out, amazing!!! Thank you🌸

I ordered my clothes and did express shipping (I live in the United States) and my order came in 2 days! Loved all my items. Only 2 of all my items didn’t fit but that’s no issue because that’s the risk you take with ordering anything online. I didn’t receive my 60% off code initially but i reached out to the Twitter customer service and they responded within 5 minutes and helped and sent me a new code thanks to Zulaka! I appreciate the great customer service. I will continue to order

Ordered from Plt recently, I had a missing item but after a few quick emails I received a refund, with the items that I received they were of good quality and looked like the image on the site. The only thing I will say is pay the extra for next day delivery, or even better time your order to when there is a discount code for NDD, as the saver delivery was painfully slow and If you're anything like me you want your order ASAP. Anyway, since then I've ordered twice more and had no other issues so far, would definitely recommend to others :)

I honestly just came here to say that Pretty Little Thing’s customer support is absolutely amazing! I had a problem with my delivery, and received super friendly and helpful replies from Cher and Aidan within two or three hours! They sorted my problem and provided me with a discount code to compensate for my trouble with the site, all within the 2 to 3 hours. So impressed … Thank you so much!

I really like PLT in general. They have nice items, decent prices and really good sales. But I recently ordered something, paid and everything and was really excited. They contacted me a few days later and told me that they couldn't ship the product. They did give me a refund but I had to wait about a week before the amount as returned to my account.
