“I had 3 different orders shipped to me. Each I order I received contained items with incorrect sizing. The first order I returned and ordered again and was sent the same exact thing. Also the return process is super simple, but in order to get what you want...you have to order again. Even if your refund has no processed yet. There is no exchanging or online credit.”

Hi Brea, I'm so sorry to hear you've ordered three times and on each order received the items incorrect items. We are looking into offering exchanges in the near future to make the whole ordering/returning process a lot more simpler so keep an eye out on our for when this lands. “Pricing very good. Speedy delivery. Quality seems to be quite good. A little disappointed that one item was unavailable after I ordered and paid for it, but they were very quick to inform me & refund me”

“Ordered for the first time and my package came earlier than the estimated delivery date and my clothes were good looking too. Slightly different to the picture and material isn’t the best but overall I was impressed. Would buy from pretty little thing again.”

“The making of the clothes is amazing. The delivery time aswell is just outstanding, even if I’m ordering in a rush for an outfit I know I’ll get it in time. You’ll never be let down by this company. Always my first go to for an outfit.”

“Absolutely rubbish. Ordered size 10 jumper it says size 10 but it’s like size 20 or bigger! Jeans are awful look nothing like the photo. I’ll be posting on insta etc to warn others , along with the photos online and the photos of what I received.”

“I am in loveee with this brand, I love they have cute clothes in size 12.. and it’s true to size!! and for the most part always have the size and item available! I have never had an issue w the shipping yet, items arrived a little before PLT estimated time frame.”

“I am happy with my order, the tops and jumper was nice but I have paid for next day delivery for a year, so I ordered my clothes on the Saturday then I had them on the Tuesday, that is not next delivery please get back to me and explain why they didn’t come next. I wasn’t expecting it to come on the Sunday but should have been here Monday not Tuesday.”

Hey Harriet, Glad to hear you loved your haul. I've taken a look at your order and can see it was placed over the busy Black Friday period. Over this period the royalty delivery is increased to up to 72 hours. We sent out email reminders to our customers before the increased time frame came into effect but I can appreciate it could have got lost in the sea of emails that get sent out over the period. You can also view more info under the Royalty T&Cs on our delivery page here - https://www.prettylittlething.com/delivery-information The time scale has gone back to normal now, so if you place a new order, the Estimated delivery date at the checkout will show next day if ordered before our cut off times.
