DO NOT SHOP from them! DO NOT SHOP from them!! Absolutely thieves!! I’m still chasing them for my refunds and it’s taking months! There is no phone number customer service is the worst ever it’s just a nightmare to get my refund. Honestly will never gonna shop with them again!!!

Would give this no stars if possible. I received my order which was missing one item. Have contacted customer service who said they would review this on CCTV. They have since came back saying that they have reviewed CCTV and it was packed. Basically calling me a liar. Also have said they will not reissue the order or give refund. Never experienced anything like this in my life!! Awful company! Never order from then again

If I could give it no stars I would, tried to place an order and it failed but money was still taken from my account, emailed customer service straight away and I’m still waiting for an answer on what happened from them.

The customer service is a joker as for the incomplete item they offered me a discount code for my next shopping (as they constantly have some discount codes on their website so of course as you can use only one they wouldn't lose anything).

Was missing items off of my order so I contacted the customer service team, where 2 separate members of staff told me they had reviewed the packing footage and my order was fully packed and I was lieing about not receiving my items, and I would be reported to their fraud team if I continued.

I contacted them after 2 items were missing from my order and they refuse to refund/ credit/ or send the items. They have sent me 6+ emails fighting with me saying that I am lying about the missing items. I’ve never been so upset with a purchase in my life. Also nothing looks the way it does online. Horrible horrible experience, with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Placed an order expecting delivery by a certain date. Order did not arrive by promised date. Dealing with customer service has been a complete waste of time. From returning the item to getting a refund. It's been going on for 3 months. They're all incompetant monkies.

After multiple emails going back and forth with customer service, who kept leading me on, asking for more time for the sweater to arrive, after a month a half they (Chloe) finally promised to refund my money and mark it as "lost".

Awful. Late deliveries. Can't speak to customer service. Online chat seldom has agents available. When they acknowledge they are late, they can't provide a refund for premium delivery charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
