“The price and delivery were amazing However the quality of some of the clothes was awful and is an issue that needs to be sorted out.”

“I ordered almost a month ago and still haven’t received my order the post office keeps “attempting delivery” but have never actually come to my house and since pretty little thing changed their deliveries to require a signature I can’t have them just put it in the mailbox.”

Hey Arajean, Sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you. We use a sign for delivery service to make sure orders are delivered to the correct person and provides better tracking information. If you're not available at the time of delivery, you can collect it from the post office using the tracking number and information on the calling card. You can also ask them to leave the order with a neighbour if someone is happy to take this in for you. Thanks Usman

“The quality of most items have been disappointing. I ordered a body suit before that I thought was cute but it ripped quickly. I’ve gotten like one or two items that I liked. The rest I’ve returned for the lack of quality.”

“Price is way over the top. Ordered several items and wore one for the first time and the sewing on the sleeve unraveled. My most expensive item from them looks nothing like the photo. They had a “sale” and only 4 of 21 items were included and I selected to only view items part of this sale. I’ve had fashionnova for years, quality is WAY better, sales are actually sales, and they ship way faster for free. Won’t make this mistake again.”

Hey Destinee, As a UK based company, all our items are labelled and measured in UK sizes. Whilst sizes can vary depending on the fitting and style, we try to stick as close as possible to our size guide, which can be found here - https://www.prettylittlething.com/size-guide We also have a returns portal, which is super easy to use. “My daughter was looking forward to this gift but did not meet expectations. Shipping was pretty fast but the product received did not look like the picture and wasn’t soft nor fluffy at all.”

“I’ve purchased a couple of things from this company. On the whole, the price is good, the service is good, however the quality of the product is poor. I payed £15 for a dress which is mostly see-through. £8 for a top...again see-through. For the price of the products, I can’t really expect much, however some of the clothing is unwearable as it’s made so cheaply. I’ve had a dress for 2 weeks and have worn it once and the seam is already loose with threads visible. I’m a bit disappointed with the quality of the companies clothes, yet if you are in a budget then go for it. Postage is fast, service is overall good.”
