Bought a couple things to gift someone well ahead of time. Didn’t receive it even after 15 days of EXPECTED delivery. Kept trying to reach the company, didn’t get any response. On the 16th day I was told that my parcel got “lost”. Super bad experience will never order it again

Ordered a dress, fits exactly like the model online. But the shipping is not as it says. Faster shipping would be so much better!

I really love this brand, they come out with new items everyday and always have the best sales! They're pretty popular because items tend to sell out quickly!The quality is pretty good, although sizing is confusing, I always have to size down when I buy bottoms and their pants seem to be super long and baggier than the picture (which I now understand why the models are always wearing heels) Shipping is pretty fast, I live in Canada and it takes about a week or less for my items to arrive, I also never had to pay tax/duties. I wish the website would do promos for shipping like if I spend over 100$ I can get free shipping but it always has been 15$. One thing that got me a bit confused is the fact that it's in USD and I wish they had the option to convert it to CAD. Anyways, I'm always shopping on this website because I always find what I need and I love their clothes!

Fast delivery, great quality on their clothing. Even do one of the pieces didn't fit but everything else is worth the price. Will def. use them again.

The pieces I ordered looked great online and they came relatively quickly however some of the sizes fit very bizarre. I ordered standard sizes (size 4 in everything and they all fit very differently) I ordered a black jumpsuit And it was completely ill fitting I actually had to throw it in the garbage because no body type in the world would fit it. it was made terribly. Some of the items are cute but not worth the money spent sadly! I was really excited to get these pieces and now I have to start over and look again elsewhere

I purchased a dress for a special event and paid for expedited shipping and did not recieve my product until 2 days later. I was extremely upset since I needed that item for Saturday night and did not get it Thursday when I paid for it to be recieved.

It’s been about a month and I haven’t gotten my package. Customer service is on the low scale because it’s mostly automated and there’s barely any feeling of your needs being satisfied. I was also not compensated for my delivery being late.

My dress came incredibly creased but after ironing the dress was fitted perfectly to the size chart and i was really happy with the product. I also wish shipping was cheaper its the main think that puts me off buying sometimes.

They lost my parcel that was supposed to be next day delivery, which then took over two weeks to get a refund for due to Hermes policy on lost items. This was the first time I had bought anything from PLT and also the last time I will be shopping with them.

Hi Cathy, I've taken look into your past three orders and these have been placed over the weekend. Unfortunately, our courier doesn't offer a delivery service on the weekend so your parcels were delivered the next working days which was a Monday. As for the latest order placed, I can see there was a delay that meant your parcel was delivered later than expected and I'm so sorry about this! I've flagged this up with our courier. Great service all round. We have had a few weddings recently and ordered a lot of dresses for choice so delivery man was back and forward like a yo-yo...next day delivery always in time slot and very pleasant man. Returns very easy and money refunded very quickly. Prices are fab and so are the choice of clothing. Very happy shopping with PLT

Price was perfect but the quality was hit and miss. Ordered a dress with wonky stitching but the returns fee is as much as the dress so I won't be sending back.

The outfit ended up coming before the Expected delivery date. The 50% off sale was really helpful. The only thing is I wish that they had customer reviews of the products on the website.
