“Not once have I had an issue with PLT so I can’t even comment on customer service, but if I ever had to contact them, I know for sure that any problems would be dealt with.. My orders always arrive on time and come as expected. The prices are fab.. I spend allllll of my time looking/ spending on PLT I love it!!💓💸👗🧥🦄”

“Great value for money, quick delivery, quick returns. Mostly always true to size. Sometimes the clothing can be a little see through so look at the photos/video closely but I always love the material and colour of the clothes. Great customer service always!”

“First ordering and I’m very please. I ordered about 10 items on 11/29 it arrived 12/13. Very pleased, all the item were true to size. I was skeptical because I used the size matches on the website. I’m very happy will continue to do business.”

“Only gets 2 stars because the return service was fast and I had my refund in about 3 days. But the clothes were horrible... even with 50% off, $25 was too much for the dresses I bought. The material was so cheap. SHEIN and other super cheap Chinese websites are better quality. I was horrified.”

“Delivery and everything is fine, but for some reason the sizes I order the clothes in is never what is delivered to me. I order a size 14 and my clothes come as size 16 and 18. That needs to be fixed!”

“We constantly had our orders undelivered due to an issue with the courier. Although the issue had been resolved our end and PLT did manage to get one delivery to arrive when we complained again and again, we are back in the situation where our orders are constantly returned and never arrive so we have had to stop using them.”
