Great content on the website but when I received my items one of them was damaged and it wa supposed to be a Christmas gift. Not impressed.

Not a review on the products purchased, however, using Hermes as your courier service makes the entire experience a complete pain. Twice they have missed scheduled deliveries and had the audacity to claim that I wasn't home to receive it.

Was fairly impressed with the prices and the gift ideas were great but I ordered a bath pillow for a birthday present and it has come noticeably damaged so now I can’t actually give it as a gift

I ordered a “letterbox” bottle of Hardy’s red wine expecting it to be delivered In a letterbox-sized box as shown on the website picture, however it came in a letterbox sized box within a very large cardboard box with an abundance of plastic bubble wrap which made it seem pointless advertising it as a letterbox wine which it wasn’t! However, I have no complaint about the bottle of wine itself which I was very happy with, but feel that the website was disappointingly very misleading which took some of the pleasure away from ordering this gift.

I havent received my order yet. They came when I was out yesterday and left a note to say they would deliver today but they havent. I have been in all day

Delivery time was extremely slow. Contacted customer services after 5 working days and was told to wait up to 14 WORKING days. My product arrived exactly 14 WORKING days which is really bad considering the cost of postage paid for the delivery, and also when I receive emails stating my item had been despatched 3 days earlier. Will not use again.

Still haven’t received the order. There is at delay with Hermes. I am not pleased with the delay.

Shopping experience good, Delivery seems to be the issue. I still have not received my purchase due to delays with Hermes. No card left on first attempt only an email received. Second email receive not able to deliver with email me again tomorrow

Well the item still hasn't been handed to the courier yet even though I was told it would be four days ago so, if honest, not great. Told on the phone to wait for another four days before contacting your team again so I'd say pretty dire at present.

Why use Hermes delivery when they are renowned for being the worst. My items have just been left in the street while I’m at work. Amazing.

Website easy to use . Lovely gifts . Delivery on the other hand ridiculous given a estimated arrival and it hasn't arrived. Deffinatly not happy with with delivery status and not knowing when my parcel is going to arrive.

Hi very disappointed with my order pieces of soap far smaller than expected, size on description misleading was expecting pieces to be larger, also did not realise vat was added to cost and postage at checkout.

Delivery is expensive. Was supposed to take 1-2 working days and it has now been 5 working days and I still haven’t received my delivery. Not worth the cost of the delivery.
