Three days after my order was due and still no sign.... yet I'm asked to submit a review??

A week and 2 days after placing my order and still not received anything. This is 5 days after last delivery slot.

Hate writing a bad review but the “pressie” I ordered on 05th Dec still has not arrived and it’s now 17th Dec. I ordered from Firebox and Wicked Uncle on the same day and their packages have arrived within days. Very disappointing as I wanted to repost this “pressie” along with the other items for delivery for Christmas and looks like it’s going to be too late. Very disappointed with my very first order 😳

I wasn't given an indication of the delivery timescale. My order arrived 7 days later which was sadly too late as I needed it for a present. The returns process is slow and frustrating - you have to email or telephone prezzybox in to get the returns information which seems unnecessary.

The items packaging is ripped and dented. This is suppose to be a gift for someone and now they will be very disappointed.

I placed an order on 7th December and was advised that the order would be delivered between 8th and 12th December. The delivery was received on 15th December with the confirmation of dispatch e-mail being received on 14th December.

The web site is very good, easy to use with a friendly interface however I am still waiting for delivery idea gift ordered long ago with only one delayed update advising that the product should be on route. Still waiting.

Delivery service very poor. Says you van track order then use delivery company whistl that does not provide this service. Diaspointed.

I have sent two emails regarding not getting my delivery and still had no response. this was ordered in plenty of time for a secret santa on sunday 17th and looks like it wont be here? so would not order anything again if this doesn't turn up. please call with reponse 0777169191

I was given a time frame of which my delivery was supposed to arrive, but it arrived two days after that. Considering this is a business dedicated to presents, it’s essential they arrive at the time they have stated. It caused an inconvenience to me, as it was supposed to be a secret Santa gift and now I have to return it because it arrived late.

I have ordered two personalized shot glasses and a personalized teddy bear with a jumper. Both glasses came scratched and i have only received the jumper without the teddy bear. I am very dissapointed in this service as all three items were supposed to be Christmas presents.
