“Good customer service: Initially my order, which was a birthday gift for a friend, arrived but the box was completely empty even though it was still sealed! I called prezzybox and they were apologetic and sent out a replacement which arrived very quickly.”

“Book is lovely and arrived on time, it is a birthday present for my daughter and I am sure she will enjoy using it and putting her artistic twist on things. Just a shame the case it is slightly damaged, other than that my review would have been Excellent.”

“My order was delivered quickly - just a bit too quickly! It would be 5 stars if it was possible to specify what day a present should arrive - as standard delivery was by Hermes this should definitely be an option.”
