Disappointed. Paid extra for express delivery due to time restrictions. Parcel did not arrive within agreed timescale. This was not due to delivery company. They did not receive parcel until the day delivery was due.

Delivery promised two days after order day but hasn’t arrived. Had to phone on day 3 to be told it may turn up on day 4 or 5. Not ideal when it’s a present for somebody.

I placed an order on Monday night at 6 pm I paid for it to come next day delivery it said estimated delivery Wednesday the 18th of December it yet still hasn’t been delivered! I contacted prezzy box, they said the couriers are busy! I understand it’s a busy period but when some one pays for next day delivery then they should expect it

You have only sent one of the two jars I ordered. I have received the one with Sheila on but not the one I need urgently for Christmas with Peter written on. Please will you acknowledge this review and try to do something about the missing jar. Sheila fieldhouse wife of Malcolm Fieldhouse.

Was given an estimated delivery date..now being told after ordering and payment that there is a delay..due to back orders..this needs to be made clear before purchase..been in site this morning..no warning of backlog of orders and external supplier issues..I hope my item arrives as described and before christmas(as promised by customer service)..this will influence my next review of this company..better comms before purchase please!

Ordered 12th for delivery by 13th/14th. Today is 17th and still no delivery or update/tracking email.

I ordered a hero’s tin for Christmas but had to cancel it as I couldn’t use profanties

Placed an order which I emailed to cancel 15 minutes later, as there is no direct option to cancel. However, bizarrely, these emails are not linked to the order, so was told it had already been sent for shipping. Customer service was ultimately helpful and I did receive a refund, but the system needs addressing so it is easier to cancel orders.

1) After I have ordered you are telling me ,Delivery will be between , 23rd December-31st December , 2)If it doesn't come on the 23rd -24 December it's really not much good to me 3)And my Main concern ,I only ordered 1 jar ,& because your website stopped ,when I was in the middle of ordering ,I was reordering ,& you have billed me for 2 ,& when I complained you stopped answering me ,Not Happy
