“Lovely website, easy to use. Customer service was very good. Not quite 5 stars as my order took awhile to dispatch and I didn't get a notification to say it had dispatched, other than that - great experience :)”

“Brilliant gift, very quick delivery. Just one point , there wasn’t a name on the envelope, just our address. The gift was a surprise for my husband fir Christmas & I was very lucky that he didn’t open it when the post arrived!!”

“Superb quality gifts but my parcel was left at the gate of the block of flats that I live in. This was Hermes. Anyone could have taken it. I had to go and find it as the picture Hermes posted just showed a wall. Could have been anywhere”
