It comes as advertised. The down side to it, was that the vynl has come out pixelated around the edge, and for 20 pound I expected a better quality finish.

Was told on website product would be delivered on Tuesday 5th December (no time given). It didn't turn up on Tuesday nor have I been given a different date. Just want to know when it's coming

Only ordered one gift for an Xmas present. It arrived in a broken box with the cardboard packaging ripped open. No damage to the delivery packaging so have to assume it packed that way. Useless for a gift without an embarrassed explanation.

Limited selection of presents. Did not make it clear that you do not accept American Express and simply reverted to the purchasing screen without making it clear that the payment had not been accepted.

Not happy, ordered the item, two days later received a email from Hermes saying there is a problem with the delivery and will be in touch !!, first and last time I use Prezzybox.

My order arrived yesterday via Hermes, the packaging was badly damaged and the dividers between each bag of popcorn had flattened meaning instead of different areas for each type all the bags were together.

The website is excellent , choice of gifts great however I ordered on a Saturday hoping for delivery Sunday . I paid £9.99 for this option and confirmed order only to be emailed to say won’t arrive until Tuesday . Yes it’s on the T&Cs however it should block paying for overnight from Friday eve until Monday if not available . Sadly it’s now Tuesday at 5.30pm and my friend has still not received his gift . I have been offered £4 refund but really delivery should be free for a what’s looking like a 4 day wait

Parcel came damaged on the corner and there’s an s on the end of the name so the message doesn’t make sense little things detracting from shopping experience

This order was dispatched on the 24th of November, its the 6th of December and it still hasn't shown up, while I understand this can be normal, not giving the option to track the parcel isnt ideal really, as its literally is just a waiting game.
