I have had to chase the delivery twice and each time items that were in stock have gone out of stock. If I hadn’t chased the items would the delivery ever have arrived?? Vicky was amazing but still didn’t deliver, I’m still awaiting the order and the refund........I now have to source Christmas stocking fillers, with less than a week to go........Merry Christmas

Ordered on the 9/12/17 and only got despatched on the 18/12/17 so still hasn’t arrived. Plus one of the items ordered is now unavailable and was only told I will not be receiving this item on 18/12/17.

Present bought for a party arrived 3 days after the end of the estimated delivery time frame- rang you 3 days after dispatch and you could give me no info on tracking or delivery. Contents when they finally arrived were fine but by then surplus to requirements!

I ordered a small book which had obviously had a very big sticker on which someone has tried to remove but had left part of it on that won’t come off .... it’s only a small book so it looks awful very disappointed indeed

Item never arrived. Customer service very good at arranging a refund but I still had to dash around to find a replacement gift at short notice. I have had no problem with other deliveries during the Xmas period.

Very slow at replying to emails, no tracking number on purchases The chat is slow, they don't really care how long you wait for a reply Not really sure I would use them again Maybe they were rubbish because its Christmas, but my order was over 10 days away from Christmas, made no difference though, never did get a tracking number or a final email about delivery

Still awaiting delivery of my item, I know it’s a busy time but other company’s can get my orders to me within 2-3 days one company even got it to me the next day. All I can say is that I’ve been waiting for a week now so the delivery side is poor & slow.

the order process was fine but after that I heard nothing. The estimated delivery date was said to be over 5 days the following week. On the 5th day I phoned to find out what was happening and was told it had not been despatched but would be sent next-day delivery and I would get email confirmation - which it wasn't and I did not. It arrived 2 days later (and too late for Secret Santa) and at the same time I got an email saying it had been despatched 2 days before I phoned. So I won't be using Prezzybox again as I can't believe what they tell me.

Still haven't received an order that was supposed to have arrived by last Friday; ordered in plenty of time for a secret Santa gift needed for yesterday, had to go out to buy another gift.

2 weeks after paying £6 for next day delivery and still nothing. Thankfully, customer service were kind and appeared to be helpful, although I still haven’t received anything.

My parcel was delivered late - it was for the office secret santa so had to buy something else in a rush! Not happy did chase it but your agent wasn’t particularly helpful.

Took longer than expected to arrive. Once the product arrived I was disappointed to find I paid £6 for 5 biscuits. Rip off, will not buy from here again.

Delivered late. Was a secret Santa gift to be delivered 13-15 December. Needed it for 16th and didn’t arrive until afternoon of 16th so couldn’t use.

The parcel was found this morning Sunday 17th December, on the patio in our garden, in a place that it was unlikely to be seen. the courier did not leave a card explaining this. I have no idea how long it has been there, but it was very wet and the outer packing was sodden. The inner box does not appear to be damaged although it feels damp. I was disappointed because the inner box had obviously had a label on it, which had been torn off which has spoiled the look of the gift.
