Well do believe i asked you to change design from multi face to one large photo within half a hour of order you didn't reply and went ahead with multi face saying you could not do it as a large print but didn't inform me and i don't like them but silly socks have managed what i wanted

I recently won a prize of a light up cushion. Ordering was easy a d it arrived packaged nicely and fast. I thought it would make a great gift for someone at christmas but when arrived the battery pack inside was slightly broken so couldnt really give to someone else, but wasnt a huge issue my kids loved it anyway. But after it being on only twice- two evenings for a hour or so each time the only colours that work are red and green. There were lots of colours to start with and the remote controlled them all but now doesnt matter what you press its red or green. Not sure what's wrong with it but glad I didnt purchase it or give as a gift as clearly not made to last or be used ever! Shame as the idea seemed nice

I buy quite a lot from prezzybox. Last night I was sent an email offering me a discount of 10%. I wrote down the code but when it came to paying there was no option to present the code so after spending nearly £80 I didn’t get my discount. Also they repeatedly get my surname wrong. I appreciate its an unusual one but they should get it right!

It is imposible to change billing adress if you live abroad. So you cannot send gifts to your friends. And there is no note for gifts.

Delivery details not clear. I checked delivery times and prices, paid for next day delivery but as personalised item will be delivered a day late. Spoke to someone at customer services who was polite and explained but not clear at all looking on the website.

My item arrived one week late, making it too late to offer as a birthday present for a friend who has now gone abroad. On top pf that, the product came plain white, whilst online it was advertised as having pink handles and interior.

I ordered a gift for my friend but there was no option to put a delivery address, so I had to change the address on my Paypal which resulted in my friends address then being the billing address. I emailed straight away and still waiting for a response. I won’t use again.

Hi Michelle Sorry to see your 1 star review. If paying with Paypal then it will automatically register to whatever the delivery details are on your Paypal address as you're aware. Although the bath salts were well wrapped in bubble wrap, when opened the jar has a dent across the top. It would indicate this was wrapped and sent with the dent! This is a birthday present and I will be embarrassed to give this as a gift!

The vase I sent for as a seventieth birthday present arrived at my house. Obviously I opened it to have a look before posting on . The vase is a good size and the inscription just as ordered. Very nice and good value. This was until I looked at the back and there is a mark in the glass. I am waiting to see if I get a prepaid label to send it back. I am very surprised no one noticed this. Therefore only 2 stars.

Really disappointed as my parcel did not arrive on time .... even though I was refunded the £3.99. Very disappointed. Spoilt the surprise. I have not received parcel after being told it would arrive today.

Much smaller and lighter than expected. Not worth the money and the shape not as defined as in the picture. Very dissapointed but unable to send back as needed it as a present . Had to go overboard with the wine to make up for what looks like a cheap decanter.

I was very pleased with the delivery which was very fast but very disappointed with the presentation of the item. As Prezzybox, in my mind anyway, means present, I would have preferred it to have been in a presentation box and not a plain white one!

I found checkout difficult - I almost ended up with TWO personalised make up bags. I wanted pay via PAYPAL and I have one touch payment but I found your process , I shop a lot on-line, but I found your checkout process very confusing - I doubt that I will shop with Prezzybox again!!

Bought this as a present for my son. The only problem he had was that the headphone stand was covered in a slightly sticky, dirty residue which seemed to be from the gold spray paint that may not have cured properly. Cleaning the stand eventually starts to rub off the paint.
