If you are thinking of ordering from Prezzybox, i really wouldn't. Disasterous order - paid for express delivery to ensure received it in time to give as a gift. Delivered as promised, but wrong item sent. Was just going to use what they sent, but saw that the food gift was 5 months after the Best Before date (5 months!!!!!), so couldn't gift that. Tried to call Prezzybox and just got a pre-recorded message saying they were busy, then it cut the connection. Tried the online form, and received an email saying item had been sent out. Tracking number just linked to the initial delivery, and 11 days later nothing has turned up and no courier notification, so seems like nothing was really sent. Sent another online form (call center still just disconnected any calls), but got nothing back. Just received an automated email saying sorry it had taken so long, but they hope the issue had been sorted (nope, it hadn't!). Replied to the email, but no response yet. Item ordered 9th Dec, still not sorted 24th Dec, with no communication other than inaccurate automated emails.

Very poor, I ordered several products, one was broken on arrival. I emailed you asking for a replacement and your returns procedure. You replied by sending me a copy of my original order. I sent you another email advising of your mistake and still not had any reply, except twice ow you’re asking me to rate your service . I can only rate it as. Very poor.

I telephoned Prezzybox 4 times over almost 2 weeks to get an update on my order (which was supposed to arrive between 12th-15th December), only to be told on the 4th occasion on the 22nd December that the order was never processed! Now the Christmas present will not arrive in time! There is no excuse for this and Prezzybox had known for days that the order was never processed, and only informed me today(22nd December) This matter could have been easily resolved, but for utter incompetence! Absolutely disgusting!

Shockingly bad! I tried to contact them 4 times to cancel an order, because it wouldn’t arrive in time. They never actually contacted me until 1 of my 2 items had been delivered. Still waiting on part 2 after 3 weeks! Pathetic service & I will NEVER use again.

You will regret asking for this. I ordered items on Dec 7th with expected delivery on Dec 9th. No advice re delivery so I called to be told that the items come from supplier and you would check and advise. Nothing from you so I called again to be told that the "supplier" could not trace the order, now 12 days after my order. Why was I not told this after the first call????? You offered no solution other than a refund, no apology, no explanation, no effort at all. I will NEVER do business with you again and will advise anyone I know to avoid you at all costs. Happy Christmas, I am two presents short.

Item ordered on the 7th still waiting for it needless to say my presents won’t be getting gifted . No correspondence whatsoever called three days ago spoke to woman who said will get directly back to you still waiting so not a possitive in my eyes .

I can’t actually review this item as i ordered on the 7th dec and i still don’t have it . No correspondence from you at all . I called your company three days ago and young woman says i’ll deal with it and get back to you needless to say i haven’t heard a word .Lesson learned don’t order again .

My order never arrived and I am yet to receive a refund despite numerous emails and unanswered phone calls! Yodel had no record of order either! Totally unacceptable!
