Not received my order, I hope it’s going to be ok but have my reservations! Wanted to add a further item to my order, told not possible and to place additional order and pay another delivery charge, found item on eBay for half the cost with free delivery, say no more......

I payed for next day delivery the 24th Dec, it did not arrive until the 27th It as surpose to be a christmas presant NOT PLEASED

Having placed an order that was needed for Christmas Eve the items were placed outside my front door when it had been raining for days. The box was unprotected cardboard and 2 of the 3 items inside were cardboard meaning that they were damp by the time I got home. I emailed Prezzybox immediately and it took them over a day to get back to me and by this time it was indeed too late for them to do anything about the situation. If they had contacted me straightaway something better could've been done to resolve the situation. They agreed to refund postage which to be honest, was not good enough as it still meant that I had 2 presents that were damaged. By their response Prezzybox obviously deemed this action to be satisfactory which I don't think it was.

Unfortunately when my item arrived it had a spelling error in the special message. It may have been my fault but I would have thought the item would have been checked before being made or sent out. Very disappointed with it.

"Make Your Own Neon Effect Sign" came in blue when all details on description state neon pink except for one line that states blue can be sent at random. Very disappointing as Xmas tomorrow, no option to choose and front and centre photo showed pink. Actually that was the only reason I bought anything from prezzynod, but there you go. Otherwise packaging a bit cheap and tacky. Overall a bit disappointed with quality of products.

Choice in courier has let the whole experience down. Booked in time for Christmas yet delivery has been delayed. Won’t be using again I’m sorry to say - back to Amazon.

The website was misleading, it indicated is time to order to receive your items by Christmas , I placed the order to be advised of the delivery date in January

Paid extra for shipping so that i would get it as soon as possible, today, the 23rd was when it was supposed to be delivered it has yet to arrive and haven't received anymore updates since Friday 20th at 23:03 where the tracking information says we got it

Paid extra for next day delivery as items were needed for imminent gathering, but had to wait 4 days for them to arrive. Orders made at same time from other ebay who were using Royal Mail arrived faster than this one.
