“Mixed experience. My order was shipped via Hermes who delivered to the wrong address. Not ideal as it wast birthday present for my husband and it missed his birthday because of this. Back and forth communication with customer services as a person on my street delivered t he goods after I received a refund. I do not feel Hermes are the best courier service available. If you have an issue with your order I would suggest contacting the company as we resolved my issue well.”

“I was stuck for prezzy ideas and Prezzybox came up trumps. Loads of ideas and so I plunged . Then I realised I'd omitted an item from the address and the contact system worked and was sorted!! (Didn't take days like it usually does with some outlets). Parcels were trackable, so I knew what was going on. What's not to like and Prezzybox it again!”

“The sunflowers I ordered weren’t quite as big or fresh looking as I expected.. some flowers were crumpled and a bit damaged, but otherwise, a good service.”
