“Website is good . Ordering is simple but I still haven’t received my package .. keeps getting pushed a day .. should have been here Saturday, now Monday and still not arrived.. too stressful to rely on this close to Xmas which is a shame. Please sort out your deliveries!”

“Delivery information given was wrong, courier information not available or different from Prezzybox,, goods took a week to arrive, I was eventually told it was a problem with courier but that doesn’t explain the. poor communications I received”

“Very disappointed! My goods did not (and still not?!) have arrived in time for my Secret Santa gift exchange last Friday even though I paid extra for the faster delivery. I had to revert to the good old High street shops to find an emergency substitute. I don't think I will be using again especially if the item needs to arrive by a certain date. Sorry to be negative but I have to be honest.”

“Told delivery was 20th or 21st dec and paid for this. Sitting here on the 22nd and no sign of it or info from tracking. Apart from that website and products are good but don’t commit to what you can’t do”

“Parcel arrived with no tape on the top so was open and exposed, 1 gift is a little battered. And 1 item I bought cost £19.99 and looks like it's worth about a fiver. Not at all impressed. Wouldn't mind if it had been cheaper. Don't think I'd order from prezzybox again as can't trust the quality - of the product or delivery!”
