Ordered a ceramic dog money box, got delivered in 50 pieces. Emailed to complain & got another sent next day. The new money box haf a small chip near the mouth area but managed to colour it in with a marker pen.

Glass was filthy when arrived, font is very small, emails were misinformative due to them being automated.

Some of the balloons were deflated even before it came out of the box on delivery last Saturday. As this was a gift I was very dfisappointed. Will not putrchase again.

The drone arrived on time, however, unfortunately does not work properly as the control button on one side not secure so the drone flies but uncontrollable.

I'm still waiting for my purchase to be delivered. I'm not totally sure it's been dispatched yet either. It all started promising, easy to place order. Transactions went smoothly, even when i had a question. They emailed me back pretty quick, which was reassuring. Now I feel left in the dark. Constantly checking my emails wondering if today the day. I've only filled this in as it arrived in my in box. There's a day or two left before the expected delivery date pass'es.. But the persons birthday this is for is tomorrow (22.04.17) Maybe just maybe it will arrive tomorrow. I live in hope!!

I would like to have selected a date for delivery but that was not possible unless it was for the next day. Knowing that the recipients of the gift would be away I specified that it should be left at the back of the house in a safe area - the delivery driver ignored those instructions and even when a neighbour offered to take in the gift the driver refused to leave it. As a result the gift was returned and now I have had to pay a further £4.00 for delivery. So, not only was there a disappointment for the recipients the gift cost me more than I had anticipated.

Unfortunately, a courier is within their rights to refuse to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour if they believe the parcel to be at risk of any kind. The item I purchased worked for 2 minuets and now doesn't work. It's a joke. Don't buy from here

Items were loosely packed in cardboard. On item was bashed and another item was missing (had to phone up and get that item sent again). Quick delivery though. But very little in the way of protective packaging. Just a sheet of tissue paper. No bubble wrap. Quite poor.

No problem with delivery but my order was not as expected. I thought the book would be more interesting for my son to read and more in tune with a boy or girl with whom the present was for. Not sure he will even attempt to bother reading it because it did not have any gripping features in it worth reading it the whole way through. Wish I had bought something else now.

They say "now with flash" just so you know this does NOT come with flash!!! And I was told that the supplier doesn't even make this with flash at all! You have to buy that part separate for about £40 extra. Be warned.

I ordered my product, cancelled it an hour after (Sunday night) and after 13 hours I received an email to say that my product had already been purchased therefore they couldn't do anything about it... This is ridiculous

Delivery was promised certain time when didn't arrive emailed reply said was arriving on same day still didn't arrive until late afternoon next day
