My wife bought an item for my works secret santa,when it arrives it was a lot smaller than I imagined & when taking postage cost into account i would consider it poor value for money.

It is not prezzybox itself it is the courier they use. I got home and my package was left on my front door step for anyone to help themselves to could have left with neighbour as another courier had.

Unfortunately the item I ordered wasn’t of great standard when it arrived. I ordered some string lights and 3 of the alpacas on the string are discoloured. Where they should be white, they are yellow.

Gift was for secret Santa but "delivery issues" meant it didnt arrive on time. Contacted for a refund to be told it's been dispatched. Tracking on courier website said they hadn't received it. So left hanging when I shouldn't have had to sort it out. Only reason not 1 star review is I was warned it could be late so managed to buy something else instead. Otherwise, disappointing.

Not impressed with the items at all. The frame with scrabble pieces is just printed on a piece of paper. The frame is massive and is very poor quality. Also the personalised Parker pen is equally as bad quality. The box is damaged, the engraved writing is almost unreadable and it looks like the wrong box for the pen. I won’t be shopping here again.

the box that the item came in was a cheap nasty cupboard dented and horrible quality!! not impressed with this purchase. I'm going to have to buy a nice box to put the present in!!!
