I would love to review the products but unfortunately haven't received anything yet to review! Two messages sent asking where my goods are and no response as yet, delivery dates passed too.

I was due to receive by 19th Dec latest. Was dispatched 19th and as at 21st still not received. Had to buy another secret Santa present and my daughters friends will have to have their presents in January. Will not use again unless convinced to. Can't review the products as they have t arrived - can't blame the snow as we didn't have any.

The "engraving" was actually no more than a light abrasion of the surface and how do you expect anyone to personalise an item when key punctuation marks, especially the apostrophe, are not available. Overall a bit disappointing.

I still haven't received the items I ordered after having contact with you over the phone twice in which I was assured my items would be here in time for Christmas which is not looking likely now!!

Parcel was scheduled to arrive on 18th December and did not arrive till 21st. Also one of the items was broken - a small 'grow your own cat' novelty - the cat was loose and was ripped off the cardboard backing-cant really give it to the person it was for now. Disappointed.

Placed the order on the understanding that it would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived. Won’t be using again

I waited a lot beeing afraid that it wouldn't arrive. It was supposed to be here on Monday latest but got here today thursday..after one week and meanwhile I called like 3 times worried that it would not arrive in time for Christmas

I ordered 6 items on 13th December. One item’s delivery estimate was 19th-21st December. The others were 15th-18th December. The first gift arrived on 19th December. The second delivery was only packed on 19th December and therefore it is unlikely that my colleagues will be receiving their Christmas gifts. I have never normally had a problem with Prezzybox but I am unimpressed with how this order has been handled

I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the parcel til a week later. After the occasion date I was meant to have it. Did receive any notification that it would be late. The products were ok but disappointed in the service.

Delivery- Ordered on the 12th of December and I paid for Next day delivery. The parcel was only received on the 18th of December. I was told on the phone delivery charges would be revered in full however they were only partially credited...I guess on the next day part. Not really impressed.

The jury is still out with this one! Unfortunately I placed my order on 12th December and have still not received my items on 21st December. On contacting the Company today, I was told that the order was despatched on 14th December but because it was sent by Royal Mail they, nor I, can track it, They are, therefore, sending me the items again on next day delivery. I have no problem with the Company, the lady I spoke to this morning was very pleasant and helpful and if they do what they have promised I will be very happy. But please sack Royal Mail and use a more reliable shipping alternative which we can all track!

Good items but STILL HAVENT RECIVEM THEM. I ordered some Christmas presents on the 12 and the we’re expect to be delivered on the 18. It’s the 21st and they are still not here

Rather disappointing as gift not arrived yet despite ordering some time ago. We were not told of long lead time until we had ordered and are now just hoping that I may arrive before Christmas but unlikely as it has still not been dispatched.

Parcel tracking showed unsuccessful Delivery attempted several times, but no facility to instruct alternatives (leave in porch, leave behind door etc) also no card left to tell me what to do following unsuccessful delivery. Google tells me the nearest carrier's depot is about a 40min drive away.
