“Hi prezybox my order was perfect The delivery was late ( came after Christmas due to royal mail strikes !) But prezzy box done me proud the 2 boxes off letter box wine was packed perfect and the Christmas stocking was great..prezzy box is GREAT ! THANK YOU I will always find you when I need a prezzy ♥️”

“I am very disappointed in my experience with Prezzybox. I ordered a gift for my mum, which never arrived and when I contacted them, they simply said, sorry the item is out of stock and we will refund your money. This is such poor customer service and it still left me without a gift for my mum. I live in New Zealand and have used your company previously, so am so very upset by the whole experience”

“Cracking website, selling some very unique and great stuff. Dispatch was slightly delayed (guess they had huge no of orders). So along with the usual courier Xmas lag/delays a bit worried order would be here in time, but all arrived in good time for Xmas.”

“I ordered a few things which had to be customised and the quality of the pictures are very good. When they got delivered it came before the delivery estimated date which is always a bonus when it comes to ordering things. So overall I think it’s definitely worth the money with the things you get and I think there a great company over all. I have recommended them to many friends and family!”
