Unfortunately I Won’t order again from Prezzybox. Ordered 2 of a product and only received one therefore phone call to pressie box. Also ordered another product still hasn’t arrived one week later again yet another phone call to Prezzybox. Let’s see if I receive my products. The ladies on customer service desk were very helpful.

Very poor. Only received information after the order was completed and paid for that they couldn't deliver to N.Ireland. unprofessional.

Couldn’t see the engraving on the bauble marks on the inside of glass for the price plus shipping not good quality.

I don’t understand how Brexit affects all products except for personalised ones. Just seems like you want customers in Northern Ireland to spend more money. 100% will never try order again!

Delivery is late and still pending despite paying an extra £6 for express delivery. Maybe you shouldn't rush to ask for a review for goods you've failed to even send,

Disappointing! For £14 it’s a complete rip off, the cardboard box the sweets came in was damaged and quite frankly look like a recycled piece of card, no quality to the product, the customised name was okay but nothing special, had really high expectations after seeing the image of it but when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures, I do not recommend this at all! They are robbing you! As a result I will make my own box and put the sweets in and print my own label out! So effectively I paid 14 quid for a few sweets I could of got for about a fiver lol never again…

The item is OK but the delivery by Hermes was, as always by this absolutely useless company, to the wrong place. Our last SEVEN deliveries by them have ALL gone to the wrong place. Yours was left on top of a dustbin, their idea of a secure, safe place!!!!! If it had been earlier in the week and neighbours hadn't taken it in it would be a soggy mess by now.

Placed an order with your site last year which was delivered, my wife was delighted with the gift. So placed an order again this year for the same item only to be notified that that due to Brexit non personalised items cannot be sent to Northern Ireland. Absolutely disgusted!!!! Hate to tell you folks Northern Ireland IS PART OF THE UK!!! Thank goodness I was able to order a similar gift from another company who do supply all of the UK including Northern Ireland. I won't be ordering from your site again
